points with orbits escaping to infinity under iteration, is obtained. It is observed that,
bifurcation in the dynamics of fλ (z) occurs at two critical parameter values λ = λ1,

The program has been designed and written in FORTRAN language (77 – 90) to calculate the density for molecules using Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the scattering and absorption of photons in semi- infinite material. Gamma ray interacts with the matter by three mainly interactions: Photoelectric effect, Compton scattering and Pair production (electron and positron). On the 137Cs source energy (662 keV), Compton scat

This method included bentonite nano particles preparation by purification with HCl solution, calcination, the planetary ball mill to get bentonite in nanometer size and centrifugation to obtain the Nano-quartz. Results of quartz purification process were characterized by Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM), particle size analyzer (PSA) and the X-rays diffraction (XRD). All tests have shown almost a clear decline in the proportion o

Atomic Data and Nuclear Data Tables 88 (2004) 163–202] for K and L shells for some Be-like ions. The Results confirm that there is a linear behavior restricted the increasing of maximum points of one particle radial electronic density distribution for K and L shells throughout some Be-like ions. This linear behavior can be described by using the nth term formula of arithmetic sequence, that can be used to calculate the maximum radial electronic density distribution for any ion within Be like ions for Z<20.
The aim of this study was to estimate the rate of infection with Paramphistomum
in the digestive tract of cows. A total of 268 slaughter cows were examined in Al-
Hilla Abattoir from 1 March to the end of November 2009. The rate of infection was
3.73% and the highest rate of infection was at summer months (6.45%) while lower
infection rate was shown at Autumn (1. 2%).
Rate of infection in calves at age less than 2 years reached 3.44% and in cows at age
between 2-4 years reached 4.23 %. Lower percentage at age more than 4 years was
reported (3.17%) Males cows recorded rate of infection with Paramphistomum 4.76% and in females cows reached 2.47%, while the infection rate in hybrid cows

The present study included the effect concentrations of mercury element (0.05-
0.2) mg/l on algae Chlorella vulgaris. The data showed decrease cells number,
growth rate and increase inhibition rate with increasing mercury concentration and
the elongate of exposure period which showed the toxicity of the element. Also the
results showed the toxic effect of mercury at concentrations (0.01-0.05) mg/l on the
animal Simocephalus vetulus, by decreasing the longevity rate, growth rate,
fecundity, fertility, number of brood per female during 21 days compared to the
control.
This research seeks to identify the dimensions of the development of staff performance (training ', incentives, management skills) and its impact on the settlement of compensatory claims adopted in the current research in the Iraqi insurance company،This research aims to highlight the role of developing insurance company’s workers’ performance in settling insurance compensation, and to check this process, the research was applied in the general Iraqi insurance company as it considered as the research community, and a sample was taken from this community that represented by company’s insurance department workers or by collecting actual data that is related to the research’s sample, in addition to the financial compensation data.<

The effect of low level laser radiation on Staphylococcus aureus with different
exposure times has been studied. Thirty skin samples [swabs] were collected from
patients with burn and wound infections of Al-yarmouk teaching hospital, during the
period from November 2010 to March 2011. Ten isolates of S. aureus were identified by
their cultural characteristics, microscopic examination, and biochemical tests. The ten
isolates were exposed to diode laser [805nm] at different exposure times [1min., 3min.

antibiotics were determined before and after irradiation. The result of alpha toxin

A number of Lnx Oy rare-earth oxides where Ln = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Tb,
Dy and Er, x=1, 2, 4, 6 and y=2, 3, 7, 11 have been studied by powder
diffractometry and pycnometry coupled with the simulation of their lattice

Crystallographic analysis showed the oxides exist in the tri, tetra and mixed tri-tetra

oxidation state assumed by the Ln element that may be caused by the nature of the
oxide or preparation process involved. Unit cell volumes of the oxides that exhibit
identical Bravias lattices reflect a behavior that can be correlated with the atomic

Image registration plays a significant role in the medical image processing field. This paper proposes a development on the accuracy and performance of the Speeded-Up Robust Surf (SURF) algorithm to create Extended Field of View (EFoV) Ultrasound (US) images through applying different matching measures. These measures include Euclidean distance, cityblock distance, variation, and correlation in the matching stage that was built in the SURF algorithm. The US image registration (fusion) was implemented depending on the control points obtained from the used matching measures. The matched points with higher frequency algorithm were proposed in this work to perform and enhance the EFoV for the US images, since the maximum accurate matching po

A digital elevation model (DEM) is a digital file of terrain elevations for ground positions. It is a raster representation of the elevation of the ground and objects, such as buildings and trees, with pixel values in the images, as well as the wide range of uses and applications. In this research, the Easting, Northing, and Elevation, data set had been gathered, they collected by performing field survey using global Positioning system (GPS). Modified an interpolation method had been presented it depends on Quadrant and Octant methods to produce a DEM surface. Some classic techniques such as Nearest neighbor and universal Kriging, have been used for comparison purpose with the results of the new technique. A new technique has been used i

edge points and outline the boundaries of objects within an image. The presented
edge method is performed by utilizing 3×3 and 5×5 windows, and counting the
eigenvalues within each. The minimum eigen value then adopted to replace the
window's center which finally produces an image. Two types of image samples were
used to test the propused method. Sobel type of edge detection then was applied and
the results were better in edge detection obviously.
Adult and nymph stages of German cockroaches Blatilla germanica were infested with two entomopathogenic nematodes, Steinernema carpocapsae and Heterorhabditis bacteriophora in vitro at 15, 20, 25o C. Results showed that S. carpocapsae was more virulent than H. bacteriophora at all temperatures over the exposure times of 24, 48 and 72 h. Infection of nymphs by S. carpocapsae at 20o C caused 100% mortality after 72h and 100% mortality of adults at 25 o C after 72h. Reproduction of S. carpocapsae significantly increased at 25o C after 72 h compared to H. bacteriophora.
