The current study a accounts for the climate of the Diyala River Basin in Iraq where the climate is assessed depending on the most wellknown climatic classification. According to these classifications, it has been discovered that the area is located under Three climatic zones. The first zone is the semi humid or moderate, which covers the northern parts of the area. The second zone is the semi –dry climate which spreads over the middle part of the region. This work is aimed to design a system which is able to diagnose two types of tumors in a human brain (benign and malignant), using curvelet transform and probabilistic neural network. Our proposed method follows an approach in which the stages are preprocessing using Gaussian filter, segmentation using fuzzy c-means and feature extraction using curvelet transform. These features are trained and tested the probabilistic neural network. Curvelet transform is to extract the feature of MRI images. The proposed screening technique has successfully detected the brain cancer from MRI images of an almost 100% recognition rate accuracy.

The aim of this work was to inhibition of the enzyme β–glucosidase for the
production of the enzyme Exo-1, 4-β-glucosidase that have the power for analysis of
cellulose to glucose. The using of the inhibition substance D- glucano - δ - Lacton
success to inhibition of β–glucosidase at the concentration 0.45 mg/mL. at 1 minute.
The optimum circumstances temperature, pH, and time of fermentation were (45
min., 4.8, 8 day).

The effect of spices mixture on blood glucose and lipids profile in oxidative
stress rabbits was studied. Twenty female rabbits were randomly divided into four
groups (five animals in each group). The first group was subjected to oxidative
stress by the ad libitum supply of drinking water containing 0.5% H2O2. The second
group was supplied with pellets containing 20% spices mixture. The spices mixture
is composed of cinnamon, turmeric and cumin powder. The third group was
subjected to H2O2 (0.5%) and supplied with pellets containing 20% spices mixture.

image data used in this study are Landsat 5TM (30-4-1990) and Landsat 7 ETM+

K.oxytoca bacteria was isolated from patients with urinary tract infection
[UTI]from both sexes and at different ages and were identified by biochemical tests
.the isolates were sensive to Amikicin Nitrofurantion and Ticarcillin \Clavulinic acid
and resistant to β-lactam antibiotics The isolate that gave highest percentage of
resistant to antibiotics was used for LPS extraction by phenol-hot water method.
LPS partial purification by gel filtration on Sepharose Cl-6B-200 showed that the
