One of the most advance technologies to do so is the use of advanced texturing for the front surface of the cells. This texture, also known as Black Silicon, consists of peaks and valleys of nano metric dimensions and capable of dramatically reducing the reflectance of the front surface. The aim of this project is to study the efficacy of nicotine (as nicotine sulfate)
extracted from tobacco by- products of the Iraqi Tobacco and Cigarettes Industry
against cabbage aphid Brevicoryne brassicae (L.). On the basis of LC50 values,
laboratory data have indicated a positive correlation between these values and
progress of insect life cycle . The LC50 values for the fourth nymphal instar were 4.9
more than first instar; while it was for apterae 6.5 times more than the first instar for

In this study we prepare Cu2O films by using plasma sputtering method on
substrate from glass type Pyrex; we used system of dipole sputtering with magnetic
field. We studied the optical and structural properties to Cu2O and we studied
thermal annealing with 150◦C on optical and structural properties for prepared thin
films with thickness 2000Ǻ for one hour. It showed that the thermal annealing leads
to increase of optical energy gap. We used x-rays diffraction for diagnostic structure

In this research the uranium concentrations in (13) different types of natural herb
samples had been measured, and to limit the level of contamination with radio
nuclides. The determination of uranium concentration in these samples has been
done by using CR-39 track detector, the nuclear reaction used a source of nuclear
fission fragments is 235U (n,f) obtained by the bombardment of 235U with thermal
neutrons from (Am-Be) neutron source which has a flux of (5000 n cm-2 s-1). The

A design and implementation of images' cryptography system is evaluated in this
paper. This system depends on the idea of allocating a part of a digital image
(possibly the first block of the image) so as to produce the cipher keys for the other
parts. Circles generating algorithm is used to produce keys from the chosen block,
then corresponding circles in other blocks will be encrypted using the located keys.
So in this method encryption keys are brought from the plain-image (source image)
it self using graphics shapes pixels.

In this paper a simulation for a mathematical two dimensional model was conducted
to assess the presence of defocusing due to telescope aperture quality. The point
spread function (psf), Modulation transfer function (MTF), and Fourier frequencies
of binary star are computed in the absence and presence of defocusing. The results
show that the total frequency components of MTF decreases very sharply as
defocusing values goes to 6 and after this value the total frequency changes very
slightly afterward. The relative heights of the second to third peaks decrease rapidly
as defocusing values goes to 3 and slightly changes after that.

The effect of pressure, applied to PMMA sample, on Mach -Zender interference
pattern has been studied.
The effects of length, depth and height of the PMMA samples on the resulting
number of fringes are investigated. The results of the experiments show almost a
linear behavior between the numbers of displaced fringes and the displacement of
the PMMA molecules with the applied pressure in all cases.
Finally, comparing the experimental with the theoretical results, it is found that,
there is a good agreement, in most cases, between them provided introducing a
correction factor which is found to be equal approximately 3.This effect can be used
as a pressure sensor.

Four species of insects, Carpophillus obsoletus Er., Carpophilus sp., Bitoma lycnformis Wall and Scatopse sp., were found in association with infected spathes of date palm with Mauginella scaettae Cav. Reverse osmosis technique was used for the treatment of industrial waste water. Ions like calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfate, and nitrate were found in the waste water of the General Company of Vegetable Oil with high concentrations which must be treated for reuse. Feed water containing the above mentioned ions was fed to the RO unit at feed flow rates (0.4 and 0.8 lit/min) and different operating pressure (2-4bar) .It is concluded that increasing operating pressure and feed flow rate improved the separation by a decrease in the concentration of ions in the product. High rejection was obtained for all ions present in feed water, ranging from (63.8-97.6%). Rejection of TDS was 87% when the concentration of TDS was reduced from 1192 to 15

A numerical technique is developed to predict both the transient and steady axisymmetric two-dimensional natural convection heat transfer for water as the working fluid in a vertical annulus enclosure of a fixed radius ratio (2) aspect ratio (1) and Rayleigh number ranging within (103 ≤Rad≤106) for a fixed Prandtl number (Pr=7).
