Leishmania are protozoan parasites belonging to the family Trypanosomatidae that cause high morbidity and mortality levels with a wide spectrum of clinical syndrome. This study aimed to investigate the effect of liposomal amphotericine B (AmBisome) drug on promastigote and axenic amastigote stages of Leishmania donovani isolate (MHOM/IQ/2005/MRU15)in comparison with pentostam SbV drug. Different concentrations of AmBisome and SbV drugs were investigated against Leishmania donovani promastigote and axenic amastigote. The ICR50R values of SbV and AmBisome drugs on promastigote were10.12 mg/ml and 2.21μg/ml, respectively, while they were 0.77μg/ml for axenic amastigote for both drugs. The purpose of this study is to deal with dust and interstellar molecular and atomic gas owing to obtaining a proportion of cold gas to dust and to understand the characteristics of the molecular gas in extragalactic data selected from the Herschel SPIRE/ FTS archive. The physical properties of a sample of 65 extragalactic spectra characterized by the activity of star formation were discussed in this work. A batch and flow injection (FI) methods with spectrophotometric detection is proposed for determining of two of phenolic drugs: salbutamol sulphate(SLB)and pyridoxine hydrochloride(PYD) in pure and in pharmaceutical formulations. The methods utilized an oxidative-coupling reaction based upon oxidation of 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine (DNPH) with sodium periodate, where an electrophilic intermediate (diazonium salt of the reagent) is produced, which couples with either SLB or PYD in the presence of sodium hydroxide yielding a highly colored condensation product. The study designed to determine the distribution of a major important food pathogens including Staphylococcus aureus , Listeria monocytogenes, E. coli O157:H7 and Salmonella spp from raw beef and lamb meat by using multiplex pcr . A total of 90 raw beef and lamb meat samples were collected from different butcher's shops in Al-Karkh side of Baghdad city and analyzed for the presence of these types of bacteria and their susceptibilities to some antibiotics was investigated ,the results showed that the prevalence of S. aureus (5.6%), L. monocytogenes (3%), E. coli O157:H7 (7.8 %) and Salmonella spp (5.6%) from the total samples .The result of the susceptibility test showed that S. aureus isolates were susceptible to Amikacin (80%) ,while L.

Eight liquid culture medium formulations were evaluated for their efficiency in enhancing some growth parameters (sporulation and biomass dry weight) of Beauveria bassiana after1, 2, 3 and 4days of incubation at 28±1C°.
