It is estimated that there are 240 million HBV carriers in the world, of whom roughly 600,000 die annually from HBV-related liver disease. A total of 150 individuals were included in this study, 130 individuals of them had hepatitis B infection (patients group); HBs-Ag was detected in their sera by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) technique and was confirmed by real time PCR analysis to detect the viral genetic material, the others were control. In this work the Aluminum plasma in Air produced by Nd: YAG pulsed laser, (λ = 1064 nm, τ = 6 ns) has been studied with a repletion rate of 10 Hz. The laser interaction in Al target (99.99%) under air atmosphere generates plasma, which is produced at room temperature; with variation in the energy laser from 600-900 mJ. The electron temperature and the electron density have been determined by optical emission spectroscopy and by assuming a local thermodynamic equilibrium (LTE) of the emitting species. Finally the electron temperature was calculated by the Boltzmann plot from the relative intensities of spectral lines and electron density was calculated by the Stark-broadening of emission line.

In this study, 25 clinical isolates of Proteus spp. were collected from urine, wounds and burns specimens from different hospitals in Baghdad city, all isolates were identified by using different bacteriological media, biochemical assays and Vitek-2 system. In a typical reservoir a sediment layer of considerable depth may be deposited on the top of exposed bedrock foundation. In this research an analytical solution was proposed to solve the case of the vertical acceleration with infinite reservoir with existence of such sediment layer. The results indicate that as the depth of sediment increases, the pressure increases also. The behavior is found to be affected by the change of the degree of saturation of the sediment layer. As this degree of sediment decreases the developed Hydrodynamic pressure increase. A comparison between the case of stiff and soft foundation indicates that the pressure values are always greater for the stiff foundation.

In this work, the use of fiber reinforced concrete in construction of Vierendeel trusses with nonlinear material behavior is researched. The addition of randomly dispersed discrete steel fibers to concrete improves many engineering properties of the material such as fracture toughness,
fatigue resistance, impact resistance and flexural strength. Several parameters that affected the behavior of the structure like fiber volume fraction, aspect ratio, and the position of the portion in structure that used fibrous concrete are studied.

This article presents a comprehensive theoretical study of the electronic properties of tin oxide (SnO₂), with a particular focus on its band structure and carrier mobility. Through the utilization of density functional theory (DFT) and advanced computational methods, we delve into the intricacies of the electronic behavior of SnO₂ . By solving the Schrödinger equation and the Kohn-Sham equation, we calculate the electronic energy eigenvalues and wave functions, which provide valuable insights into the band structure, effective mass, and carrier mobility of SnO₂. Our findings contribute to a solid theoretical foundation for further experimental investigations and technological advancements in this field.
