This study aimed to investigate the antibacterial effect of Cinnamomum verum ethanolic extract against Proteus mirabilisisolated from the oral cavities of humans and dogs. Fifty samples, collected from both humans and dogs, corresponding to isolates obtained using the primary and VITEK 2 systems, yielded eight isolates that were positive for P. mirabilis. Different doses of the Cinnamomum verum extract were evaluated against the isolated P. mirabilis cultures, ranging from 125 to 2000 micrograms. Significant results were observed starting from 500 micrograms, yielding a 19 mm zone of inhibition. Histological sections were examined from both species to compare the tunica mucosa, submucosa, muscularis, and adventitia. There are three phases included in the optimisation process: the breaking ANN process, an evolutionary algorithm (EA), and the combining ANN process into a new powerful feedforward artificial neural network (FANN). ANN breaks into multiple ANNs to facilitate and accelerate the optimization process in the EA phase. The proposed method encompasses the following stages: the extracted frames are converted to grayscale images. The quality of the frames is assessed using the NIQE method. The feature vector for each frame is obtained using the kurtosis moment, and the difference between two consecutive feature vectors is calculated. The DBSCAN algorithm is applied to classify these difference values, recording any temporal transitions when a difference value is identified as an outlier. Objective: To compare the bioavailability of prepared oral self-nanoemulsions of BL (BL-SNE) with that of pure BL and marketed tablets. Methods: Four groups of Wistar rats were used in this study, each with six rats weighing between 200 and 250 g. They were treated orally using a a gavage tube.
