This research was included (60) patients diagnosed as having Urticaria, (30) patients with acute Urticaria and (30) patients with chronic Urticaria in addition to ( 30) healthy people were chosen as a control. lymphoid cells (Lymphocytes) isolated from patients and healthy controls and added to Terasaki Plates which containing specific antibodies to the( HLA -Class I Antigen) to identify alleles of these antigens. The result showed (HLA-A2) allele increased in its recurrences in patients with acute Urticaria and significantly higher when compared with chronic Urticaria patients and control group, which have Relative Risk (RR) (4.12 , 13.50), respectively, and raise the value of the Etiological Fraction (EF) to (0.45 , 0.55), respectively

This study is designed to extract and identify the essential coriander oil from Coriandrum sativum. The Antimicrobial activity of Coriander oil was studied in various microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia, Streptococcus pyogenes, Candida albicans, Eschirichia coli, Pseudomonas aeroginosa and Proteus vulgaris) using inhibition zone method (Aromatogram). The Extraction process is carried out by steam distillation. Optimum organic extractant determined. The collected oil is identified via Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) using a mixture of Ethylacetate : Tolune (1:9) as a mobile phase. The MIC for each microbes were estimated.

This research is related to the study of the energy gap of some glassy polymers (PC,PS and PMMA), we have studied the effect of gamma–ray and UV light radiation on the energy gap of these polymers and then the effect of dyes (anthracene) on the energy gap for these materials for exposure times (0 to 34 hr). It’s found that the energy gap of pure polymers and doped polymers measurement was changed depending on the gamma and UV dose and the mechanism of interaction between molecules of polymers and dye .It was found that the addition of anthracene to polymers leads to a reduction in the energy gap generally.

With the increments number of population nowadays, one of the most essential problems in rural areas is the number of students in each school which exceed the school capacity. Thus, it is important to increase the number of schools and to determine the suitable location of them. The aim of this study is to determine the most suitable sites for school using Geographic Information System (GIS 10.2) (ModelBildur)in Husseiniya district, Karbala province.  Land classification, slope, distance from the single schools, proximity to the inflated schools, work buffer 100 meters around the main roads and railways and removing them from the map, represent the main criteria used to evaluate the location suitability and the most crowded school.

Twenty-two out of 97 specimens of falconiform birds collected at different areas of Iraq, which belong to nine species, were found infected with blood parasites. Five species of haematozoa were recovered. Microfilariae were the most common parasite with an infection rate of 12.4% followed by Haemoproteas tinnunculus, Leucocytozoon toddi, Plasmodium fallax, P. relictum and Trypanosoma avium complex with infection rates of 10.3%, 5.2%, 4.1% and 1% respectively. Two species, Leucocytozoon toddi and Plasmodium fallax are found to be new host records.

The effect of Salicylate compounds against Klebsiella pneumoniae pneumoniae was studied by using different concentrations of Acetylsalicylic acid (ACSA), Salicylic acid (SA) and Sodium salicylate (SS). Reduction of capsular polysaccharide (CPS) production increased with the increment of Salicylate compounds concentrations.

Using a preparative thin layer chromatography (TLC) method, with commercially available plates of 1.5 to 2.0 mm, B1 aflatoxin was isolated from the feed samples of whole wheat, maize, and crushed rice, and the procedure was repeated four times. A purity value of 99 % for B1 aflatoxin was achieved and tested using spectrophotometric and chromatographic methods. Two local bacterial isolates were isolated from agriculture soil contaminated with cypermethrin from AlAbaeje village in Baghdad city, these fields were already sprayed with cypermethrin for past few years. Primary screening was done to test bacterial ability to growth and resistance to cypermethrin by using nutrient agar plates containing 500 mg L^-1 cypermethrin as a sole source of carbon and energy, and incubation at 37 ºϹ for 72 hours. Concentrations of P137PCs were measured in 40 samples that have been selected from the surface soil in cities of Ramadi, Fallujah, Heet and surrounding areas. The activity of P137PCs in seven dust storms that hit the area western of city of Ramadi within the period 1/3/2013-1/10/2013 was measured also. The concentration in soil ranges between (below detection level-14.5) Bq.kgP-1P, while it ranges between (7.5-8.8) Bq/kg in the dust storms. The dose due to exposure to the cesium in surface soil was estimated to be ranged between (0.4-7.7) *10P-2P mSv.yP-1P while the effective doses due to inhalation of resuspended P137PCs was about 1.61*10P-8P and the doses caused by inhalation of P137PCs in dust storms is ranging between (8.13-9.54)*10P

The present study was conducted using 16 adult male Swiss albino mice (weighing 40-50g). They were equally divided into four experimental groups. The first group was only given tap water as control during experimentation period (40 days).
