In this paper, Au NPs prepared by pulsed laser ablation in liquid (PLAL)  with different laser energy (200, 360,500,660 and 800 m J) with number of pulses (1000pulse), at wavelength 1064 nm, and repetition rate of 1Hz. The structural, morphological and optical properties were discussed. XRD spectra showed the diffraction peak. AFM showed the average diameter. The optical properties showed increase absorption spectra at increase energy. Further in vitro antibacterial activities of Au NPs were investigated against Gram positive and Gram negative.       This research discusses the quality of hydrochemical facies of groundwater for selected wells in Thi Qar governorate south Iraq. Physical properties (pH, TDS, EC, TH) were conducted for all samples . The results indicated that this groundwater is neutral and light alkaline, slightly-brackish, excessively mineralized and hard to very hard water. The ground state densities of unstable proton-rich 9C, 12N and 23Al exotic nuclei are studied via the framework of the two-frequency shell model (TFSM) and the binary cluster model (BCM). In TFSM, the single particle harmonic oscillator wave functions are used with two different oscillator size parameters βc and βv, where the former is for the core (inner) orbits and the latter is for the valence (halo) orbits. In BCM, the internal densities of the clusters are described by single particle Gaussian wave functions. The accretion circumstellar disk of young stars and the Brown dwarf plays an essential role in the formation and evaluation of the planet. Our main work in this paper is to investigate the geometrical shape model for the protoplanetary disk around one of the Brown Dwarfs. The photometric measurements for the brown dwarf CFHT-BD-Tau 4 were extracted from the Vizier archive. We used a numerical simulation to build a model of the spectral energy distribution of our target CFHT-BD-Tau 4. This study aims to determine the toxic effect for different concentrations of supercyren pesticide on some physiological and histological features of the sixty male mice by oral administration. The experimental mice took oral administration of 5mg and 10mg/Kg every day to every mice for two weeks in group 2 and 3 respectively and for four weeks for group 5 and 6 respectively.
