يهدف البحث الى التعرف على المهارات الأدارية ودورها في الأداء المؤسسي، حيث استعمل المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسحي والعلاقات الارتباطية لملائمته طبيعة المشكلة المراد دراستها.

وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث بمدراء النشاط الرياضي في الجامعات العراقية بالطريقة العمدية، والبالغ عددهم (134) مدير، حيث تم استخدام مقياسي (المهارات الأدارية والأداء المؤسسي) وتم توزيع المقياسين على العينة المذكورة أعلاه وذلك بغية الحصول على

ممارسة النشاط البدني مطلب ضروري جدا ولكافة شرائح المجتمع فمنهم من يمارسه من اجل الصحة و الترويح و منهم من اجل التأهيل بعد الاصابات والعمليات الجراحية ومنهم من اجل رفع مستوى الانجاز الرياضي. . يتعرض الكثير من الافراد بغض النظر عن البيئة والعمر والجنس الى امراض و اصابات المفاصل وآلام في الرقبة ولاسباب عديدة ومتنوعة وتختلف طرائق العلاج وتقنيتها حسب  شدة الاصابة حيث ان التمارين العلاجية ومنها تمارين الاطالة

يهدف البحث الى دراسة  الازدهار النفسي لدى الطالبات الجامعيات في ظل الظروف التي يمر بها القطر العراقي, وللتعرف على مستوى ابعاد والمجموع العام للازدهار النفسي بين طالبات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة وبعض طالبات الكليات الاخرى , حيث تم تبني مقياس الازدهار النفسي  لعمار عبد الامير الزويني وكان يضم ( 60) فقرة موزعة على خمسة ابعاد وهي البعد الاول المشاعر الايجابية والبعد الثاني الاندماج النفسي والبعد الثالث معن

ان التخطيط العلمي السليم من خلال استخدام مختلف المعارف والعلوم والطرائق والأساليب الحديثة في مجال التعلم الحركي , ادى الى إيجاد تمرينات متعددة اذ تتوافق مع قدرات كل منهم وتؤدي إلى تطوير القدرات البدنية ، وبالتالي تنمي اداءهم الفني ، لذا تحدد مشكلة البحث ان الانجاز للاعبات في فعالية الوثب الطويل لا يرقى الى المستويات المقبولة نتيجة لضعف في القدرات البدنية ، وعليه اصبح من غير الممكن ان تتطور هذه القدرات ومست

تكمن أهمية البحث في محاولة التعرف على هذه المتغيرات ومعرفة العلاقة بين الدافعية العقلية وأداء بعض مهارات الجمناستك الفني لطلاب كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة.وتمثلت مشكلة البحث بإن تعلم المهارات في في أي لعبة او فعالية لا يعتمد فقط على الجانب البدني والفني وأنما للجانب النفسي دور كبير في تعلمها وبهذا لاحظت الباحثان أن العملية التعليمية تعتمد أساسا على الترابط البدني والفني والنفسي ومن خلال خبرة الباح

El estudio contuvo una visión histórica sobre las traducciones del Corán al castellano, así como hemos brindado los motivos que residen detrás del proceso de la traducción, ya que algunas traducciones tenían como objetivo criticar el Islam e intentar refutarlo, mientras hay otras traducciones que intentaban hacer la palabra de Allah llegar a los pueblos no musulmanes. In this research, a critical and comparative study of the translation of the meanings of the Holy Koran Julio Cortés and Abd el-Ghani Melara is carried out. The study is divided into two chapters: in the first, we address the issue of the difficulty of translation, the role of Orientalists in translating the meanings of the Holy Koran.And also discuss the most important translations for several centuries and the mistakes made by the translators, when translating the meanings of the Koran.
