  Hetero junctions are fabricated by depositing antimony (Sb) and Al films on n-type single crystal(c-Si) wafers by the method of vacuum evaporation with thickness (0.25µm), with rate of deposition equals to 2.77 Ã…/sec, all samples are annealed in a vacuum for one hour at 473K. The tests have shown that all the films have polycrystalline structure for all Sb films. The barrier heights in (Sb/c-Si) junction was found to be equal 0.825eV, but(Al/c-Si) junction ohmic contact. Current-voltage measurements confirm this behaviour.

This study is carried out to investigate the prevalence of Coxiella burnetii (C. burnetii) infections in cattle using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) assay targeting IS1111A transposase gene. A total of 130 lactating cows were randomly selected from different areas in Wasit province, Iraq and subjected to blood and milk sampling during the period extended between November 2018 and May 2019. ELISA and PCR tests revealed that 16.15% and 10% of the animals studied were respectively positive. Significant correlations (P<0.05) were detected between the positive results and clinical data. Carbon Nanopowder was fabricated by arc discharge technique at deposition pressure of 10-5 mbar Argon gas on glass substrates. The prepared carbon nano- powder was collected from chamber and purified with nitric acid at 323K .The morphology and crystalline structure of the prepared powder was examined by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Atomic Force Microscope (AFM), and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). XRD spectrums showed that the powder exhibits amorphous structure and after purification, the powder showed hexagonal structure with a preferential orientation along(002) direction ,where AFM and SEM gave very compatible estimation on the grain size and shape of the nanopowder.
