In this work, the effects of x-value on electrical and optical properties was studied for the two dimensional (2D)GaAs_1-xP_xstructure by applying the density functional theory.We found that the gallium arsenide(GaAs) and gallium phosphide(GaP) monolayers are bound to each other, while the charge transfer between these two materialsleads to tuning the band gap value between 1.5 eV for GaAs to 2.24 eV for GaP. potentials as a residual interaction. By coupling the core particles with model space

core polarization process, it is included as a correction with first order perturbation
theory to the main calculation of model space, and the excitation energy has been

Red pigmented undecylprodigiosin produced by Streptomyces coelicolor (A3)2 is a
promising drug owing to its characteristics of antibacterial, antifungal,
immunosuppressive and anticancer activities. The culture of S. coelicolor in liquid
medium produces mainly the blue pigmented actinorhodin and only low quantities of
undecylprodigiosin. From an industrial point of view, it is necessary to find a strategy to
improve undecylprodigiosin production. The present study provides evidence that
cultivation of S. coelicolor on solid substrate resulted in a reversal in this pattern of
antibiotic production as the production of undecylprodigiosin was significantly increased

Fifty isolates of Bacillus sp. were subjected to the first and second screening to detect the ability to produce laccase enzyme and select the highest ones production of laccase on Petri plates containing nutrient agar supplemented with Cu2+.
Syringaldazine was used as an indicator and substrate for the determination of laccase activity. Three isolates, which consumed less time to developed pink color were tested for the production of laccase quantitatively. The effective isolate B16 with significant amounts of laccase 1.84 unit /ml was selected for laccase study.
