تهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على مدى دستورية إثبات جريمة الكسب غير المشروع، وذلك بشأن نقل عبء الإثبات إلى عاتق المتهم وانتهاكها لافتراض براءة المتهم، وقد توصلت الدراسة بأن تجريم الكسب غير المشروع وفقاً للمشرع الفلسطيني والأردني غير دستوري، لأنها تعد نقلا لعبء الإثبات إلى عاتق المتهم مما يشكل انتهاكا لمبدأ دستوري وهو افتراض براءة المتهم، خلافا للمشرع الكويتي الذي لم يقم بنقل عبء الإثبات في جرائم الكسب غير المش

There are multiple risk factors that could lead to CRC emergence; of which are genetic polymorphisms. Excision repair cross-complementing group 2 (ERCC2) gene encodes for ERCC2 enzyme which plays a crucial role in maintaining genomic integrity by removing DNA adducts. Several studies suggested that there could be a link between genetic polymorphisms of ERCC2 gene and the risk of CRC development. This work is focused on the design parameters and activity of artificial human finger for seven grips. At first, obtained the ideal kinematics of human fingers motion by analyzing the grips video which were recorded using a single digital camera recorder fitted on a tripod in sagital plane while the hand is moving. Also, it deals with language clichés as being units of structure reflecting a scheme of stereotypical situations of dialogue, whether among individuals of one culture, or in relation to cross-cultural communication. The application of ultrafiltration (UF) and nanofiltration (NF) processes in the handling of raw produced water have been investigated in the present study. Experiments of both ultrafiltration and nanofiltration processes are performed in a laboratory unit, which is operated in a cross-flow pattern. Various types of hollow fiber membranes were utilized in this study such as poly vinyl chloride (PVC) UF membrane, two different polyether sulfone (PES) NF membranes, and poly phenyl sulfone PPSU NF membrane. It was found that the turbidity of the treated water is higher than 95 % by using UF and NF membranes. Hematological changes in experimentally infected dogs with Salmonella give were studied in 8
puppies aged 8-9 weeks. They were separated equally into two groups. The first group has been infected with 4.8x
CFU with Salmonella give , while the second group was used as control. Hematological changes were 9 10

Time-delay differential equations-based mathematical modeling is a significant tool for understanding the effect of delay in biological systems and analyzing how it affects the dynamics of those systems' asymptotic behavior.
