 يتناول البحث دور الصورة الشعرية في تشكيل الدلالات داخل النص الشعري، عند الشاعر شوقي بزيع، إذ تبتعد الألفاظ عن دلالاتها المعجمية إلى دلالات جديدة تسهم في إعطاء النص هويته المتفردة، ويهدف البحث إلى الوقوف على البنيات الأسلوبية التي وظفها الشاعر في بناء الصور الشعرية، كالخيال، والأساطير والرموز والجمع بين المتناقضات، مما يمنح النص القدرة على التجدد من خلال الايحاء الذي تفرزه كل قراءة جديدة للنص.

The granitoid bodies in the Shalair Valley are structurally located within so-called Iraqi Zagros Suture Zone, in the northeastern Iraq. One hundred and sixty-two representative samples were collected from five granitoid intrusive bodies in the valley: Aulan and Siristan in the northern part, Mishao and Laladar in the southern part and Demamna in the western part. Two major types of granitoids in the eastern and western part of the Shalair Valley area were indentified.        Swarming is one of the most important virulence factors used by bacteria to invade new sites. This study aimed to test the effects of gentamicin on swarming motility of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, both phenotypically and molecularly. The present results revealed that 11/25 isolates had gentamicin MIC of 1024 µg/ml.  However, gentamicin at sub-minimal inhibitory concentration significantly (P< 0.05) reduced the diameter of swarming in all P. aeruginosa isolates. A series of new aromatic polyesters have been synthesized by polycondensation of different aromatic diols (M1, M2 ,M3) with different dicarboxlic acids (4,4'azo di benzoic acid, malic acid and adipic acid) using dibutyltine dilaurate as catalyst . The preparation of thermally stable polyesters was successfully applied with good yields (60-85%). All polyesters (PE1-PE4) containing aliphatic methylene linkage, and azo group in the main chain. Radon concentrations are measured for water samples collected from twenty wells which were drilled in Hashimiya area in addition to twelve samples of surface water using Alpha Gaurd. 140 samples, 7 for each well, were collected represent wet season in continuous pumping and 20 samples, one for each well, were collected represent dry season. estimated over a period (2001–2002). Significant difference was observed in the
concentration of these metals in any component of the homomorph model in studied
area. Result obtained were in agreement with those reported for heavy metal
concentrations in other polluted ecosystems. All components of the ecosystem were
involved in the circulation of the heavy metals either by accumulation or

The recent study was conducted to measure some heavy metal content in potato and corn chips in Baghdad markets. Samples were analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS). Four metals, Cobalt (Co), Cadmium (Cd), Cupper (Cu) and Lead (Pb) were determined. Two types belonging to two manufacturer resources and two trademarks for each resource were tested in this work. Generally, the study recorded that the potato chips were containing metals less than the corn chips. According to Iraqi criteria, all tested types of potato chips were under the allowed levels.      Some geometric parameters affecting the performance of a wire-plate electrostatic precipitator (ESP) are investigated theoretically. A numerical model was built to investigate the influence of the discharge wire size, wire separation, collector plates spacing, and roughness factor on the ESP performance. The results show that thinner wires emit higher current than larger ones at the same applied voltage, which would be suitable for low voltage power supply to generate the desired current density at the collecting electrodes. The total isolated flavonoids from seeds and peel were 3.6 mg and 12.53 mg respectively in each gram of powder. The antimicrobial activity of aqueous extracts and total isolated flavonoids from seeds and peel were assessed against strains of Gram positive bacteria( Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis), Gram negative bacteria( Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa) and yeast( Candida albicans).
