      In this article, the boundary value problem of convection propagation through the permeable fin in a natural convection environment is solved by the Haar wavelet collocation method (HWCM). We also compare the solutions with the application of a semi-analytical method , namely the Temimi and Ansari (TAM), that is characterized by accuracy and efficiency.The proposed method is also characterized by simplicity and efficiency. A total of 551 water samples (drinking and raw water) were collected In this study, Aeromonas.hydrophila, were detected by biochemical tests and PCR (16s rRNA gene). The results of identification showed that A.hydrophila had recovery rate 63 isolates (49.21%). The results revealed that all A.hydrophila isolates were PCR positive or the 16S rRNA gene and the results of sequencing showed that two isolates of A.hydrophila(local isolates) had percentage similarities 100% with A. hydrophila ATCC 7966 in GenBank database .All strains had a minimal Inhibitory Concentration(MIC) distribution pattern for lead cetate rranged (900-1200 μg/ml), and mercury chloride ranged (40-80 μg /ml).

Out of Hundred clinical samples, taken from different sources include burn, blood , wound and nasal swabs infections ; 90 isolates developed growth on mannitol salt agar. In this article, the inverse source problem is determined by the partition hyperbolic equation under the left end flux tension of the string, where the extra measurement is considered. The approximate solution is obtained in the form of splitting and applying the finite difference method (FDM). Moreover, this problem is ill-posed, dealing with instability of force after adding noise to the additional condition. To stabilize the solution, the regularization matrix is considered. Consequently, it is proved by error estimates between the regularized solution and the exact solution. The numerical results show that the method is efficient and stable.

The functional response of Chrysoperla mutata (MacLachlan) larvae that dealt with different prey densities was Type 2. The coefficient of attack and handling time connected with changing occurred through the development of predator and prey or by increasing the capture efficiency of predator and defense efficiency of prey. The coefficient of attack increased with the increasing size of predator and with the decreasing size of prey. Also the handling time increases with the decreasing size of predator and with the increasing size of prey . Concerning the effect of predator density on the efficiency of searching, the results revealed a decrease in efficiency with increasing of number of predators due to interference and cannibalism.

A new mode in the Semi-automated on-line analysis for lead(II) via chemiluminescence system of Lucigenin-H2O2-OH--Lead(II) which gives a blue-green chemiluminescence, when Lucigenine is oxidized by hydrogen peroxide in alkaline medium was studied. Measurement of the generated light in a flat-spiral glassy cell designed for this purpose were achieved using advanced electronic detection system (with a multiple choice of readout systems). In the present work the two interacting galaxies NGC3395 and NGC3396 were simulated by means of N-body simulation using Intergalactic Gravitational Motion Simulator IGMS code with 500 particles. The structure and the geometrical positions of each galaxy and their contents were found from the time before the interaction. It was also found that the interaction caused the distortion of the shape and construction of tidal tails of the galaxy NGC3395. The simulation image matches with the images of the two galaxies observed by the telescopes.

In this study asparaginase was extracted from fruit part of Capiscum annum then Asparaginase activity was detected and optimised. Optimum conditions for the activity of crude asparaginase were studied. Results showed maximum activity of asparaginase was achieved 140 u/ml when the enzyme was incubated with 200 mM of asparagines at 35 °C for 30 minutes in the presence of 0.05 M of potassium phosphate buffer solution at pH 8.

Pseudomonas putidaPST-1 isolate isolated from soil of plant root was used for high production of indole acetic acid. Indole acetic acid (IAA) production is a major property of rhizosphere bacteria that stimulate and facilitate plant growth. Optimization of indole acetic acid production was carried out at different cultural conditions of pH temperature, incubation period, and the amount of inoculum of bacteria.
