Microalgae widely used for bioremediation of inorganic (NH4and PO4) nutrients as single isolates. This study aims to use a mix microalgae isolated from Dijlah river for bioremediation of municipal waste water .The experiments had been start with two different concentrations of nutrients. NH4-N values were 23.4 and 31.7mg/l, phosphorus PO4-P 6.7and 10.7 mg/ l and BOD5 were 66 and 83 mg/l. both cycles of treatment showed complete removal for NH 4-N and PO4-P levels after treatment were 1.7 and 0.7 mg/l for both of treatment cycle .Biological oxygen demand reduced to lowest value were18.9 in 2nd cycle while in 1st cycle of treatment reduced to21.3mg/l.The results showed that mix microalgae have the ability to remove nutrients and organic po

     This research is focused on an interpretive of 2D seismic data to study is reinterpreting seismic data by applying sufficient software (Petrel 2017) of the area between Al-Razzazah Lake and the Euphrates river belonging to Karbala'a and Al-Anbar Governorates, central Iraq. The delineation of the sub-surface structural features and evaluation of the structure of Najmah and Zubair Formations was done. The structure interpretation showed that the studied area was affected by normal fault bearing (NW-SE) direction with a small displacement. In contrast, time and depth maps showed monocline structures (nose structures) located in the western part of the studied area.

Water quality of Al-Gharraf River, which considered the main branch of Tigris River south of Iraq was examined using the Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment Water Quality Index (CCME-WQI) for aquatic life protection and irrigation. A newly photometric analytical method characterized by its speed and sensitivity was developed for the determination of folic acid in pure and pharmaceutical samples via its oxidation to reddish-orange coloured complex through oxidation by cerium (IV) sulphate in aqua medium using homemade Ayah 3Sx3-3D-solar cell CFI photometer. The colored species were determined using supper bright green light emitting diode (LED) as a source. A 100μl was taken as a best sample volume for the determination of folic acid.
