هدفت هذه الدراسة الى مدى توافر مهارات التفكير الناقد المتضمنة في أسئلة الملاحظة والمتوقعة في كتاب الاجتماعيات للصف الثاني المتوسط، استخدم المنهج الوصفي لتحليل المحتوى،  ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة أعدت أداة لمهارات التفكير الناقد تضمنت ستة مهارات رئيسة وهي: مهارة التفسير، التحليل، التقويم، الاستنتاج، الشرح، تنظيم الذات ,إذ تم تحليل أسئلة نهاية الفصول خاصة في كتاب الثاني المتوسط في ضوء مهارات التفكير الناقد

Humans are exposed to nuclear radiations every day, and these radiations are both natural and artificial. When the body tissues are exposed to nuclear radiation, free radicals are formed, which are responsible for cancer development. In this research, silver nanoparticles were synthesized by electrical explosion wire method. Nanoparticles were added to deionized water that contained free radicals before and after exposure to gamma rays. The obtained results indicate that the silver nanoparticles have antioxidant potential through possessing free radical scavenging activity, as they can donate electron to free radicals and become neutralize. Then, these nanoparticles were injected to mice before and after their irradiation with gamma ray.

This study is made to evaluate the  activity of A. bisporus extract  on  lipid profile in mice treated with peroxide.  40 females albino mice were chosen and  divided into 4 groups (ten mice per each group). A series of new 1,8-naphthalimides linked to azetidinone, thiazolidinone or tetrazole moieties were synthesized. N-ester-1,8-naphthalimide (1) was obtained by direct imidation of 1,8-naphthalic anhydride with ethylglycinate. Compound (1) was treated with hydrazine hydrate in absolute ethanol to give N-acetohydrazide-1,8-naphthalimide (2). The hydrazine derivative (2) was used to obtain new Schiff bases (3-7). Three routes with different reagents were used for the cyclization of the prepared Schiff bases. Fifteen cyclic Schiff bases (8-22) with four- and five-membered rings were obtained.

Oils were extracted from seeds of Trigonella foenum graecum as well as from seeds of Elettaria cardamomum, then separated and characterized by Gas Chromatography with Mass spectra GC/MC twelve different compounds of Trigonella foenum graecum oil were identified, the highest rate was for the compound 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z) which was found with rate of 38.97
،%then accompanied with 31.85% of 9-Octadecenoic acid (Z)-, methyl ester.
On other hand fifty four (54) different compounds were separated from fixed oils of Elettaria cardamomum , the highest rate for the compound 3-Cyclohexene-1-methanol, .alpha.,.alpha.,4-trimethyl-, acetate which was 22.88% then the compound Butyl 9,12-octadecadienoate with a rate of 21.22 % .

This study included the collecting of 390 gland toxicity of the Red Wasp Vespa orientalis and 418 gland toxicity of yellow wasp Polistes olivaceaus from different areas of Baghdad city. It was classified depending on taxonomic keys in order to diagnose and identify the general characteristics of each species, and then extract gland toxicity to get poison.
