      Three monogeneans: Dactylogyrus folkmanovae from gills of Chondrostoma regium, D. reinii from gills of Mesopotamichthys sharpeyi and D. robustus from gills of Leuciscus vorax were collected from Diyala River in Diyala Province.  The identification of salinity-tolerance genes is a critical aspect of the new molecular technology. In this work cDNA-RAPD is used for the identification of genes expressed in salt tolerant but not in salt sensitive wheat. Two cultivars wheat, salt tolerance (Dijla) and sensitive (Tamooz2) were used for the preparation of RNA and cDNA synthesis. Eight primers were used for random amplification of cDNA constructed from RNA and three primers were differentially expressed in salt tolerant cultivars. In this study , the effect of an organic compound prepared as derivative of oxazepine tested on the activities of aspartate amino trasferase (AST) and alanin amino transferase (ALT). The kinetic study of such enzymes is in the presence of oxazepine derivative.  The results revealed that the organic compound is a non competitive inhibitor for both enzymes.  The Km value for AST is 1.3 × 10-3 M and Vmax for the uninhibited is 200 U/mL and for the inhibited is 111.1 U/mL while Km value for ALT is 2.5 × 10-3 M and Vmax are 89.66 U/mL and 56.77 U/mL for the uninhibited and inhibited enzyme respectively.

          Measurements of excess molar volumes V^E , viscosities η , excess viscosities Δ ln η  and excess molar activation energies of viscous flow ΔG^E , are reported for binary mixtures of dimethylformamide (DMF) with , benzene , o-xylene , 1,4- dioxane and tetrahydrofuran are reported from density and viscosity measurements at 298.15 k and at atmospheric pressure over the entire composition range . The method based on complexation between MO and AH.  After shaking and diluting the complex solution with D.W, the pH was adjusted with NaOH and HCl to pH 3. The determination of manganese (II) using flow injection analysis with chemiluminescence detection was investigated. Mn2+ in sample solutions injected into a carrier stream of sodium bismuthate (NaBiO3) were oxidised to form MnO4- ions which were capable of producing luminescence after reaction with luminol/KOH in a flow cell. The linear range of the system is from 20 to 80 mg/L with a detection limit 8 mg/L. The proposed system is suitable for determination of Mn2+ in steel alloys after dissolution, filtration and dilution at a rate of approximately 60 samples per hour with a relative standard deviation (RSD)1.2%. It is clear that the power released by fusion reaction strongly depended on the fusion cross section and fusion reactivity.      The aim of this research is to study the effects of the North Atlantic Oscillation (NAO) on the temperature and precipitation patterns in Baghdad city. Data of the monthly means of the NAO index,the monthlymeans of temperature, and the monthly total of precipitation were analyzed for the period 1900-2008. Non-parametric tests were used to investigate the correlations between these variables. The time series of temperature and precipitation showed no trends. The results indicated that is a slight correlation between the NAO and temperature and precipitation suggesting that NAO has no major effects on the temperature and precipitation patterns in Baghdad city.

These methods namely are the Repeated Trapezoidal Method (RTM) and the Repeated Simpson's 1/3 Method (RSM).         In this paper, some properties of almost bounded submodules are given. Also, various basic results about almost bounded submodules are considered.

The genetic toxicity of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of seeds of Peganum harmala L. was evaluated on the onion roots ,using  concentrations 10,25,50,100 and 200 % w/v of extracts and periods of exposure 24,48 and 74 hours. The results indicated that the Peganum harmala significantly decreased root growth rate of onion root at all concentrations and treatment periods in comparison to the control ,  the growth of the root decreased when increasing the extract concentration.The EC50value  of aqueous extracts was 50% and for alcohol extract was 25% ,thus the alcohol extract was most effective in the growth rate of the roots from the aqueous extract. The first approach uses radial basis function network and second approach uses wavelet basis function network to approximate the mapping from the input to the output space.
