In this paper, the Quaternary Continuous Classical Optimal Control Problem (QCCOCP) for the Quaternary Linear Elliptic Partial Differential Equations (QLEPDEqs) is studied. The mathematical model for the proposed problem is formulated, and it consists of the QLEPDEqs, the Objective Function (OF), and the set of state controls.   Currently, the “moderate discourse and civil peace” represents a rich and important topic for scholars, due the rise of waves of extremism and Islamophobia campaigns, and what that leads to in term of imbalance in relations between nations and peoples.

Objective: Hesperidin (HSP) is a pharmacologically active organic compound found in citrus fruits and peppermint. We synthesized a new HSP derivative by reacting it with 5-Amino-1,3,4-thiadiazole-2-thiol in acetic acid.
