Summary

I have been a lecturer at Iraqi universities since 2018, specializing in Business Administration as a broad field, with a focus on Human Resource Management and E-Business. I earned my Ph.D. from the University of Baghdad in 2021, and I have held the academic title of Assistant Professor since 2023. I have a keen interest in other business-related fields, such as finance, the stock market, and business intelligence.

The Effect of Workplace Stress on Employee Engagement, the Mediation Role of Leadership Style

The aim of the current study was to investigate the impact of workplace stress on employee engagement within Iraqi universities through the mediator role of leadership style. Work-related stress and non-work-related stress were identified as representing workplace stress. Toxic Workplace, Mental Health and Employee Well-being, the Moderator Role of Paternalistic Leadership, an Empirical Study

Based on previous research results that recognized the role of paternalistic leadership in promoting a positive work climate, this study explored the impact of a toxic work environment on the mental health and well-being of employees.
