There are numerous physiological changes in thyroid gland functions occur during conception that lead
to differ in thyroid hormones levels. Therefore, American Thyroid Association (ATA) guidelines
recommended determination of population specific reference serum levels for thyroid hormones in
different trimesters. Aim of current study is to establish trimester –specific reference serum levels
(TSRSLs) for free triiodothyronine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4) in apparently healthy pregnant females
in Nineveh governorate, Iraq.

In this study, titanium dioxide (TiO₂) nanoparticles incorporated with cement were synthesis by a simple casting method as a function concentration of TiO₂ (0.2, 0.4, 0.8, 1, and 2 wt%). The prepared samples were characterized using the technique of Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM) and UV-Visible spectrophotometer, which was used to measure the adsorption spectra. The refractive indices, nD densities 𝜌, and viscosities  of binary mixtures of sulfolane + n -butanol + sec- butanol + iso- butanol + tert – butanol + n-propanol and iso- propanol were measured at 298.15K. The aim of this study was to diagnose fetal mortality and the time of
occurrence using real-time ultrasonography. 118 ewes were included in this
experiment, to synchronized estrus of 47 ewes were carried out by using
intravaginal sponges containing 40 mg progesterone for 14 days and then
injected intramuscularly with 500IU of eCG at the time of sponge withdrawal,
while 71 ewes were not treated and left to cycling normally. All ewes were

This study was carried out to determine the effects of crude terpenoid compound extracts of Melia azedarach L. leaves and fruits on some biological aspects of whitefly Bemisia tabaci (Genn.) under laboratory conditions of 25 ± 2°C and relative humidity of 65-70%. The results indicated a significant effect on eggs and immature stages when treated with 0.5, 1, 1.5, and 2 mg/ml of leaves and fruits. The mortality rate increased with concentration.
