Thermal evaporation method has used for depositing CdTe films
on corning glass slides under vacuum of about 10-5mbar. The
thicknesses of the prepared films are400 and 1000 nm. The prepared
films annealed at 573 K. The structural of CdTe powder and prepared
films investigated. The hopping and thermal energies of as deposited
and annealed CdTe films studied as a function of thickness. A
polycrystalline structure observed for CdTe powder and prepared
films. All prepared films are p-type semiconductor. The hopping
energy decreased as thickness increased, while thermal energy
increased.

Mammary adherent cells (MAC-T) were infected with six isolates of Streptococcus uberis (S. uberis). Three isolates were cases of mastitis in dairy cows and belonged to clonal complex 5, 143, which is associated with virulence and three were from cows with no clinical or laboratory evidence of mastitis. The objective of the present study was to determine the influence of prolactin hormone on reproductive activity of female rabbit. Study was conducted on the laboratory animal house and it depended on fifteen mature rabbit does and one mature buck housed on a special cage separately. The females were divided randomly into two groups; the first group is Control group: Female of this group (n=7) were administrated 2 ml of normal saline orally /day. second group is treated group: Females of this group (n=8) were received orally 5 mg of Parlodil® (Bromocriptine) daily for 5 consecutive days then stopped one week and repeated in the same schedule.
