Vitiligo is a complex autoimmune disorder characterized by the progressive loss of melanocytes, driven by a combination of genetic predisposition and immune dysfunction. This study explores the interaction between bacterial infections and immune activation in burn patients with vitiligo. Blood samples from 45 vitiligo patients and 45 burn patients were analyzed for HLA-class I and miRNA-9 expression using two-step qPCR, key regulators of immune response and melanocyte activity. In the current research, a new technique is applied on the previous Bouguer map of gravity surveys (conducted from 1940–1950) of the last century, by selecting certain areas in the South-Western desert of Iraqi-territory within the provinces' administrative boundary of Najaf and Anbar. Simple and sensitive spectrophotometric method is described based on the coupling reaction of tetracycline hydrochloride(TC. HCl) with diazotized 4-aminopyridine in bulk and pharmaceutical forms. Colored azo dye formed during this reaction is measured at 433 nm as a function of time. Factors affecting the reaction yield were studied and the conditions were optimized. The kinetic study involves initial rate and fixed time (10 minutes) procedures for constructing the calibration graphs to determine the concentration of (TC. HCl). The graphs were linear for both methods in concentration range of 10.0 to 100.0 µg.mL-1. The recommended procedure was applied successfully in the determination of (TC. HCl) in itscommercial formulations.

     CdSe/CdS Core/shell nanostructures were prepared through the chemical synthesis method. XRD ,FESEM and TEM investigations confirmed the formation of core/shell structure for the sample. The AFM measurement was employed to reveal the morphology of the prepared thin films. Optical characterizations of the quantum dots were done by UV-visible and photoluminescence spectra. It was found that the quantum dots prepared has  good optical properties. Due to the presence of shell coating on core CdSe, the energy gap of the core/shell nanomaterial were increased from 2.2 to 2.3eV. The resulted QDs  are a promising candidate for photovoltaic and biosensor applications.

Algorithms for Arabic stemming available in two main types which are root-based approach and stem-based approach. Both types have problems which have been solved in the proposed stemmer which combined rules of both main types and based on Arabic patterns (Tafealat1) to find the added letters. This study aimed to observe the effect of oxygen levels during the carotenoid degradation process to produce β-ionone, several parameters have been pointed, including carotenoid levels in CPO before and after the degradation process using a spectrophotometer, the color of the CPO solution before and after degradation using the color flex hunter lab and the β-ionone levels resulting from the degradation of Carotenoids by gas chromatography using a mass spectrometry detector. Thin films of Magnetite have been deposited on Galvanized Steel (G-S) alloy using RF-reactive magnetron sputtering technique and protection efficiency of the corrosion of G-S. A Three-Electrodes Cell was used in saline water (3.5 % NaCl) solution at different temperatures (298, 308, 318 & 328K) using potentiostatic techniques with. Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) and fitting impedance data via Frequency Response Analysis (FRA) were applied to G-S alloy with Fe3O4 and tested in 3.5 % NaCl solution at 298K.Results taken from Nyquist and Bode plots were analyzed using software provided with the instrument.
