Edges are significant local changes of intensity in an image. In this paper, an
elimination rule which based on triangular inequality elimination (TIE) has been
adopted to perform the edge detection procedures. A new method has been included
the combining between an elimination rule which based on triangular inequality
elimination (TIE) and the differentiation operator by using the filters mask in one
dimension. The introduced algorithm has been produced a good image quality by
comparison with that which may be obtained by using the differentiation operator of
sharpening an image. The proposed algorithm has been proved it is good for finding
the edge in an image data.

The purpose of this study is to deal with dust and interstellar molecular and atomic gas owing to obtaining a proportion of cold gas to dust and to understand the characteristics of the molecular gas in extragalactic data selected from the Herschel SPIRE/ FTS archive. Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is one of the most common genital infections among women in the childbearing age. Many novel, fastidious and uncultivated bacterial species are related with BV. These are called bacterial vaginosis associated bacteria (BVAB), present in trace amount and have a significant role in the infection. This is for many reasons; the most important of them are the availability and easy access by sensors. Face recognition system can be a sub-system of many applications. In this paper, an efficient face recognition algorithm is proposed based on the accuracy of Gabor filter for feature extraction and computing the Eigen faces. In this work, efficient compressed feature vector approach is proposed. Quadrupole transition rates and effective charges are calculated for even-even Si,
S and Ar isotopes based on sd and sdpf -shell model spaces. Shell model
calculations are performed with sd shell-model space for neutron number (N) ≤ 20
and sdpf shell-model space for N > 20. Excitation out of major shell space are taken
into account through a microscopic theory which allows particle-hole excitation
from the core and model space orbits to all higher orbits with 2 excitation.

A newly developed analytical method characterized by its speed and sensitivity for the determination of metformin-HCl via the formation of complex for metformin-HCl-OH--copper(II) ion from the gel bead system by continuous flow injection analysis. The method is based on the imbedded copper(II) ion in the gel bead structure can be used in the reaction for the formation of red –magneta colour complex(λmax. =530nm) formed by direct reaction of the drug with the released copper (II) ion from the gel bead in alkaline medium. Linear dynamic range for the absorbance versus metformin concentration was 0.001-1 mmol.L-1 while C.O.D was (r2% =95.33%) .
