Thirty blood samples of clinically glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD)-deficient patients were collected from pediatrics hospital and Al- Kadhumia teaching hospital in Baghdad, Iraq. .Besides that, blood samples were taken from 30 apparently healthy individuals (without Hemoglobinopathy disorders ( as a control group. The apoptotic response shown by G6PD-deficient patients was evaluated using neutral method of Comet assay. Comet assay result was demonstrated as comet index which represent a mean of the scored that calculate from the ratio of cell diameters (L/W) of total cells in each sample. This work investigates removing the Malachite Green (MG) dye, the poly acrylic hydrogel beads used as a surface to adsorb the dye, the isotherm of adsorption was examined and aspects that influence it, like increasing heat, adding salt, the influence of dry beads and effect of shaking. according to the results, the effect of the adsorption has been found that it is matched to the Friendlish equation much more than Langmuir and Temkin equations. The present study was carried out in the nursery at Al – Dora (Baghdad). During spring 2015 under green hous conditions. The aim was to evaluate the effect of different concentration (0, 1.25 and 2.5) g./l of aqueous Ajwa date fruit extract on different cutting position (basal, sub terminal and terminal) for different dipping times (24, 48) hours, on cassia stem cuttings. After 2 months of planting the results showed that the 2.5 gm. /l of Ajwa date extract with basal cuttings for 48 dipping times accelerated the time of rooting to 3.7 weeks compared to 8 weeks in control treatment. In present work, the nonlinear optical properties of pure polyaniline and Ag/polyaniline nanocomposite thin films, deposited by plasma jet on glass substrate, were studied through open and closed Z-scan technique using pulse second harmonic Nd:YAG laser of wavelength 532nm, pulse duration of 30 ns and input energy 30mJ.
