The aim of the present study to detect the transmission of L.monocytogenes
from experimental infected chickens to Egg products ,Ovary,Oviduct
.&histopathological changes in these organs.
2groups of chickn ,1st group(12 animals)infected with L.monocytogenes
1ml/chick.SC,(1×1010 cfu/ml),2nd group injected 1ml/chick normal salin as
control.eggs were collected for isolate Listeria ,animal killed in
(7,15,24,30,34,39,42)days,for isolateListeria from ovary,oviduct&samples
taken for histopathological examination.
The results show theres no characterstic signs in infected chickens except
depression,anoxia&and theres marked decrease of egg production,
qualititativly & quantitativly.

The calibration of a low-speed wind tunnel (LSWT) test section had been made in the present work. The tunnel was designed and constructed at the Aerodynamics Lab. in the Mechanical Engineering Department/University of Baghdad. The test section design speed is 70 m/s. Frictional loses and uniformity of the flow inside the test section had been tested and calibrated based on the British standards for flow inside ducts and conduits.     This paper aims to study the damage generated due to creep-fatigue interaction behaviors in solid polyamide 6,6 and its composites that include 1%wt of carbon nanotubes or 30% wt short carbon fiber prepared by an injection technique. The study's objective is to produce Nano Graphene Oxide (GO) before using it for batch adsorption to remove heavy metals (Cadmium Cd⁺², Nickel Ni⁺², and Vanadium V⁺⁵) ions from industrial wastewater. The temperature effect (20-50) °C and initial concentration effect (100-800) mg L^-1 on the adsorption process were studied. The aim of the study was to investigate the effect of magnetized water on the histological structure of heart, lung and spleen. For this purpose, twenty five albino rats were divided into five equal groups, the first group was considered as control group. In this paper, Wavelet-Network (WN) model has been recently proposed and applied to image processing, e.g., identification type of noise in Gray-Scale Images (GSI). This paper develops a new technique, which employs a Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and an Artificial Neural Network (ANN). This WN technique uses special mother wavelet y(xl,x2) of (DWT) as activation function for (ANN) instead of the traditional activation functions like (Log sigmoid, Tan sigmoid, etc). It is shown here that the benefit of WN circuits which uses WN is a good approximation tool for GSI images. These approximation patterns for images forced ANN to learn on these images which will be used in the test phase after that.

Background: Cytokines have long been implicated in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diabetes in a number of studies, and playing a role in the initiation of β-cell damaging process. The objective of this study is to gain more understanding about the role of cytokines in initiation of T1DM, through assessment of IFN-γ, IL-10 and IL-6 in diabetic patients.
