Abstract
Word repeating is language items used for strengthen the meaning and riching the expression. By this view, Ural Batır epic is a good example for word repeating units. In this paper, Ural Batır epic’s word repeating has been presented by classification.

المقدمة : يعد نزف الجهاز الهضمي عند الأطفال من العلامات المنذرة التي يجب الانتباه أليها , حيث يعتبر من العلامات السريرة المنذرة للمريض وللطبيب , وبقدر ما هو مزعج بنفس الوقت فأن المسببات لنزف الجهاز الهضمي عادة تكون بسيطة ولا تشكل خطورة على حياة المريض .

أهداف البحث : لمعرفة مسببات نزف الجهاز الهضمي العلوي الأكثر شيوعا عند الأطفال , وتسليط الضوء على أهم العلامات

Objective: To identify feeding problems of children with congenital heart disease.
Methodology: Non probability (purposive) sample of (65) were selected of 225 children who visit Al Nasiriya
heart center during the period of conducting the pilot study, previously diagnosed with congenital heart
disease.
Results: The study results indicated that children with congenital heart disease have feeding difficulties, low
birth weight , repeated diarrhea , more than half of the sample taking medication for heart disease which cause
