This study was conducted to isolate and identify the fungi that infect burn wounds in humans and
acquired wounds or wounds resulted from surgical operation in farm animals. A total of 110 cotton
swabs, 60 cotton swabs were collected from wounds to 6 kinds of farm animals, which include 10
swabs for each type of these animals (cattle, sheep, goats, cats, dogs, donkeys). As well as 50 swabs
were collected from human burns. All these samples were cultured onto Sabouraud dextrose agar

Abstract: Reflection optical fibre Humidity sensor is presented in this work, which is based on no core fibre prepared by splicing a segment of no core fibre (NCF) at different lengths 1-6 cm with fixed diameter 125 µm and a single mode fibre (SMF). A total of 50 fertile human hydatid cases {33(66%) females and (34%) males}, obtained from Al-Ramadi public Hospital during the period from December 2003 to July 2004 were examined to study any bacterial infections. The specimens were obtained from hydatid fluid and then cultured on appropriate culture media to distinguish some species of bacteria which resulted in obtaining: Staphylococcus aureus (18%), Pseudomonas aeruginosa(12%), Escherichia coli(6%) and Streptococcus pneumonia (4%). These bacteria were confirmed by isolation from interacyst fluid and blood culture technique. The presence of such a problem within the data to be studied may influence negatively on the analysis and it may lead to misleading conclusions , together with the fact that these conclusions that result from a great bias caused by that problem in spite of the efficiency of wavelet methods but they are also affected by the missing of data , in addition to the impact of the problem of miss of accuracy estimation

   This work examines the kinetic behavior of Dodonaea viscosa during microwave-assisted pyrolysis as a means of addressing the limited insight regarding how biomass degradation pathways are affected by non-conventional heating. Thermogravimetric data were analyzed using both model-fitting (Coats–Redfern) and model-free (Friedman and Kissinger–Akahira–Sunose) methods to provide a thorough analysis. Results indicated that a third-order kinetic model appropriately described the general trend of decomposition; in contrast, iso-conversional analyses verified a multi-stage sequence with the activation energy declining during volatile yields and increasing at elevated conversion levels as a result of carbonaceous residue decomposition.
