The present study was aimed to determine the effects of erythromycin on the liver of albino Swiss mice. The study sample included 12 male mice divided into 3 groups. Mice of groups 1 and 2 were orally administrated with a daily dose 50 and 100 mg/kg bw erythromycin, respectively, while group 3 served as control and administrated with 0.1 ml distilled water. The treatment continued for 14 days . The results indicated a significant increase (p<0.05) in AST, ALT, and ALP activities of group treated with 100 mg/kg of erythromycin, compared with group treated with erythromycin 50 mg/kg . A total of 300 day- old chicks of Ross 308 strain was used. Chicks were randomly allocated for four treatments groups with 75 chicks per treatment and 25 chicks for each replicate. An experiment was carried out on the Cactus (Aloe vera L.) , which two year old was planted in one of the fields of College of Agriculture - University of Baghdad during 2015-2016. The different organic fertilizers used in two (sewage, poultry manure and sheep manure) and the fertilizer used at two levels (5 and 7.5)% from the weight of the pot, and humic acid (Com Sol) at two levels (1.5 and 3) ml and chemical fertilizer NPK (2.5 gm) in addition to control treatment. The aim of this work is to develop an axi-symmetric two dimensional model based on a coupled simplified computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and Lagrangian method to predict the air flow patterns and drying of particles.  Then using this predictive tool to design more efficient spray dryers. The approach to this is to model what particles experience in the drying chamber with respect to air temperature and humidity. These histories can be obtained by combining the particles trajectories with the air temperature/humidity pattern in the spray dryer. The influence of an aortic aneurysm on blood flow waveforms is well established, but how to exploit this link for diagnostic purposes still remains challenging. This work uses a combination of experimental and computational modelling to study how aneurysms of various size affect the waveforms. Experimental studies are carried out on fusiform-type aneurysm models, and a comparison of results with those from a one-dimensional fluid–structure interaction model shows close agreement. Further mathematical analysis of these results allows the definition of several indicators that characterize the impact of an aneurysm on waveforms. This research was conducted to detect some of the allelopathic chemical class in plant residues of nine cultivars of sunflower, including Zahret Al-Iraq, Luleo, Turkie, Al-Isaqi 1, Al-Isaqi 2, Tarzan, Akmar, Shumoos, and Sin Al-Theeb, using appropriate chemical reagents. This research was carried out to investigate the effect of chemically (using L-Cysteine) and enzymatically (by papain) modification on the functional properties of hard wheat gluten. The modification process is run by both methods individually and synergistically. The results showed an increase in the degree of hydrolysis (DH) of lyophilized wheat gluten upon adding the reducing agent at different concentrations (50, 100, 150, 200, 250 ppm). This study was aimed to investigat integrated system for in vitro growth of paulownia plants by assessing the efficacy of chlorine dioxide (ClO₂) as an alternative to autoclave in sterilizing culture medium. Therefore, this study was devised to compare autoclave sterilization at three different times (5, 10, and 15) minutes and three different concentrations of ClO₂ (0, 0.4, 0,8, 1) mg/L.
