An indirectly method is used to determine hydrogen peroxide. The method based on oxidation of chromium (III) ion by hydrogen peroxide in basic medium to form chromate ion which react with barium (II) ion to produce a yellow precipitate (BaCrO4). Under the optimum established conditions, the linear range of 0.50-25.00 mmol L-1 along with correlation coefficient (r) of 0.9992, Limit of detection (LOD) 0.68 μg / 100 μL, precision expressed as relative standard deviation for six replication measurements at 5.0 mmol.L-1 H2O2 of less than 2% were obtained for hydrogen peroxide. The study aims to analyze computer textbooks content for preparatory stage according to the logical thinking. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical research approach (content analysis), and adopted an explicit idea during the analysis process. One of the content analysis tools which was designed based on mental processes employed during logical thinking has utilized to figure out the study results. The findings revealed that logical thinking skills formed (52%) in fourth preparatory textbook and (47%) in fifth preparatory textbook.

A newly flow injection-turbidimetric method characterized by it is speed and sensitivity has been developed for the determination of Amiloride in pure and pharmaceutical preparations. It is based on the formation of yellowish white precipitate for the Amiloride-phosphomolybidic acid ion pair in aqueous medium. Turbidity was measured by Ayah 6Sx1-T-1D solar cell CFI analyser via the attenuation of incident light from the surfaces precipitated particles at 0-180. The Chemical and physical parameters were investigated. X-ray diffraction with diffractometer CuKα radiation analysis and Rietveld refinement of the samples were studied and showed a single phase of hexagonal structure with SP63/mmc space group . Simple, precise and economic batch and flow injection analysis (FIA)-spectrophotometric methods have been established for simultaneous determination of salbutamol sulfate (SLB) in bulk powder and pharmaceutical forms. Both methods based on diazotization coupling reaction of SLB with another drug compound (sulfadimidine) as a safe and green diazotization agent in alkaline medium. An experimental study was conducted to evaluate the effect of AL-coholic extract alkaloid of Cordia myxa leafs in fourth larval stage of lesser grain borer Rhyzopertha dominica. Using alkaline extracts of 8%, the study has been shown clear effect increased in mortality rate for fourth larval stage 93.3% and degressed to 66.6% at 4% concentrate to 13.3% with control treatment .Ahigher percentage of pupal mortality 16.6% at 4% concentrate has been observed, while no natural emergence carried out at concentrates of 4.6% comparing with control treatment of 86.66%, at the same time percentage of deformation has been increased to 16.66% at 4% of extracts and degressed to 6.66% at 6% while no deformation have been shown with control treatment .
