In this work, a single Semi-Recurrent Spike Neural Network (SRSNN) supervised learning method based on time coding is proposed to classify visual terrain encountered by the mobile robot. To this end, the features are extracted using the Local Binary Pattern (LBP) method. Then, the SRSNN is trained to classify multi-class of terrains.  This training is used to classify six classes of terrain: hydrop, gravel, asphalt, grass, mud, and sand. By utilizing Ni-NTA affinity chromatography, the expressed recombinant HSP70 protein was purified, and the SDS-PAGE analysis was used to assess its purity. In this study abundance and composition of zooplanktons in the Indus River Estuary was conducted to examine habitat characteristics and its impact on tiny organisms. Overall 30,656 individuals were identified and segregated into seven major groups including Copepods, Cnidarians, Decapods, Mollusk, Pisces, Amphipods and Chaetognaths. For better understanding they were further divided into eighteen planktonic categories. Among them Lucifer spp. comprises of 52.21% was the most abundant group with a peak appeared in March whereas Chaetognaths were rarely observed in the entire study period.   A simple, accurate and precise spectrophotometric method has been proposed for the determination of Mefenamic acid(MA) in dosage forms. Proposed  method based on the reaction of cited drug with 1,2-Naphthoquinone-4-Sulfonic sodium (NQS). The optimum experimental condition have been studied. Beer's Law is obeyed in the concentration range 0.5-10.0 µg/mL at 450nm with detection limit of 0.189µg/mL.  Effect of pH, reaction time, and volume of NQS on the determination of Mefenamic acid, have been examined. The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of  Mefenamic acid in pharmaceutical preparations.

   Undoped and Al-doped CdO thin films have been prepared by vacuum thermal evaporation  on  glass  substrate  at  room  temperature  for  various  Al  doping ratios (0.5, 1 and 2)wt.% . The films are characterized by XRD and AFM surface morphology properties. XRD analysis showed that CdO:Al films are highly polycrystalline and exhibit cubic crystal structure of lattice constant averaged to 0.4696 nm with (111) preferred orientation. High silica glass powder with different particle sizes is prepared and added with different weight percentages to the zinc oxide. The liquid part of the prepared cements was merely 44% concentration of the polyacrylic acid. Accordingly, the usual and expensive additives to the liquid and solid part of the cement are eliminated.
