من خلال دراستنا للإدارة المالية في كتاب المنتقى من اخبار مصر لابن ميسر ت677هـ/1278م لابد لنا من ان نبين ان ابن ميسر استخدم العديد من المصادر المتنوعة لبناء مادته التاريخية عن طريق النقل من المصادر واهتم بذكر الادلة من الكتب لتثبت رواياته ويعد كتابه من أهم المصادر التاريخية للدراسات الفاطمية وهو كتاب حولي اهتم بذكر الاحداث الواقعة في كل سنة كما تطرق الى العديد من المصطلحات المالية في كتابه ومنها الغنا

أدى التحول القضائي الذي قادته محكمة النقض الفرنسية بشأن الأثر المترتب على الإخلال بالمسؤولية الناشئة عن الوعد بالتفضيل إلى إقرار مبدأ جديد يقضي بحلول المستفيد من الوعد بالتفضيل محل الغير المتعاقد مع الواعد في العقد المُبرم بالمخالفة لحقه في الأفضلية. هذا التحول أنعكس بدوره على الموقف التشريعي في فرنسا حيث أقر المشرّع الفرنسي هذا المبدأ في قانون العقود الجديد الصادر عام 2016.

Silver sulfide and the thin films Ag2Se0.8Te0.2 and Ag2Se0.8S0.2 created by the thermal evaporation process on glass with a thickness of 350 nm were examined for their structural and optical properties. These films were made at a temperature of 300 K. According to the X-ray diffraction investigation, the films are polycrystalline and have an initial orthorhombic phase. Using X-ray diffraction research, the crystallization orientations of Ag2Se and Ag2Se0.8Te0.2 & Ag2Se0.8S0.2 (23.304, 49.91) were discovered (XRD). As (Ag2Se and Ag2Se0.8Te0.2 & Ag2Se0.8S0.2) absorption coefficient fell from (470-774) nm, the optical band gap increased (2.15 & 2 & 2.25eV). The concept of environmental debt, which has several dimensions, emerged in the nineties. One of these dimensions is spatial, referring to the debts that southern countries sustain due to the extraction of natural resources and environmental damage inflicted upon northern countries. Another dimension, the temporal dimension, concerns the environmental debts that current generations owe to their predecessors. That means past generations are culpable for overuse of natural resources and mismanagement. The debt issue is complex, despite many mechanisms to resolve it. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the performance of closed drains when using textile filter instead of crushed gravel filter. The present study was designed to select a suitable isolate of Lactobacillus sp. in order to use it as a probiotic in a toothpaste for the prevention of dental disease. This study was aimed to test four types of different plants for the purpose of selecting the optimal plant as a source of the amylase enzyme, including wheat, barley, rice, and potatoes. Among these plants, wheat was selected as the best plant source for enzyme extraction because it possessed the highest effectiveness of the enzyme specific activity (3.0 U/mg protein). Furthermore, sodium acetate buffer (0.2 M, pH 6.0) was determined to be the optimal extraction buffer with a 1:5 (w:v) ratio after 75 min, and it provided 68 U/mg protein.
