هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع تطبيق ريادة الأعمال المؤسسية في تنمية الموارد البشرية في وزارة التربية والتعليم بسلطنة عُمان، والكشف عن متطلبات تطبيق ريادة الأعمال المؤسسية ومعوقاته.  اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، مستخدمةً الاستبانة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، والتي تضمنت (61) فقرة على ثلاثة محاور. وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة بلغت (85) من الموظفين في أربع مُديريات بديوان عام وزارة التربية والتعليم.

An experimental study is conducted to investigate the effect of open cavity on the pattern of fully developed internal flow and convection heat transfer. In this experimental work the velocity profile, temperature distribution, heat transfer coefficient and Nusselt number were determined at various Reynolds numbers (1.9*104≤ Re ≤ 2.7*104

Numerical solutions are presented for the transient natural convection heat transfer problem in horizontal isothermal cylindrical annuli, enclosed in heated inner and cooled outer cylinders. The shale volume of Mishrif Formation (carbonate formation from middle Cenomanian- early Turonian) was studied for the regional area of the middle and southern parts of Iraq. This study presents a comprehensive set of laboratory works for the examined soil layers extracted from Baghdad city (specifically from Alkadhimya, Alaitaifiya, and Alhurriya) to illustrate their engineering properties.
