المرجعيات الفكرية للحركات المهدوية لم تكن وليدة إرهاصات الغيبة الصغرى، إذ إن المرتكز الفكري (للغيبة) كان حاضراً في ذهنية الفرد المسلم، ولم تكن فكرة خارجية، إذ تم التعامل مع الطرح المهدوي وفكرة الغيبة قبل وقوعها، فضلاً عن التسليم بها لدى البعض، ولا يخفى ما للسلطة الحاكمة من دور في هذا الصدد.

فضلاً عن ذلك هناك مجموعة من العوامل على المستوى الداخلي والخارجي أسهمت ولا تزال تسهم بنفاذ الحركات المدعية للمهدوي

In this research a new system identification algorithm is presented for obtaining an optimal set of mathematical models for system with perturbed coefficients, then this algorithm is applied practically by an “On Line System Identification Circuit”, based on real time speed response data of a permanent magnet DC motor. Such set of mathematical models represents the physical plant against all variation which may exist in its parameters, and forms a strong mathematical foundation for stability and performance analysis in control theory problems.

A simple, inexpensive, and home–built electrostatic spray deposition (ESD) system with stable cone-jet mode was used to obtain nickel oxide (NiO) thin films on glass substrates kept at temperature of 400°C. The primary precursor solution of 0.1 M concentration hydrated nickel chloride dissolved in isopropyl alcohol. The structural, optical and electrical parameters were studied. The optical absorbance spectra for the studied samples showed its maximum around 280 nm. On the other hand, thickness interferometry measurements on the tested samples showed that film thickness was around 400 nm. The optical energy gap of the prepared NiO samples was determined to be 3.75 eV and the maximum value of refractive index was determined to be 2.1 a

The objective of the present paper is to examine the effect of Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP) on marshall properties and indirect tensile strength of HMA through experimental investigation. A mixture with 0% RAP was used as a control mix to evaluate the properties of mixes with 5%, 10%, and 15% RAP. One type of RAP was brought from Bab Al-moadam’s road in Baghdad for this purpose. The experimental testing program included Marshall and Indirect Tensile Strength tests. The results indicated that the bulk density, flow and VFA increase with the increasing of the percentage of RAP, while increasing in RAP results decreases in VTM and VMA values. Stemming is a pre-processing step in Text mining applications as well as it is very important in most of the Information Retrieval systems. The goal of stemming is to reduce different grammatical forms of a word and sometimes derivationally related forms of a word to a common base (root or stem) form like reducing noun, adjective, verb, adverb etc. to its base form. The stem needs not to be identical to the morphological root of the word; it is usually sufficient that related words map to the same stem, even if this stem is not in itself a valid root.
