القرآن الکریم یضمّ کلمات مفتاحیة، تجتمع في حقول متشابکة، توحّدها کلمة مرکزیة، ضمن نظام مفهومي شامل. الکلمات المرکزیة والمفتاحیة، یؤدی کلٌ دورًا حاسمًا وحقیقیا في تشکیل البنیة المفهومیة للرؤیة القرآنیة.

البحث هذا، یهدف الی کشف هذه الکلمات وفرزها عن المعجم القرآني، والتنبّه الی ما یحکم الحقول الدلالیة من العلاقات المتشابکة، وذلك لوضع اساس رصین لما یأتي من تحلیل اَدبي لاحق، وعلیه قام المقال بما یلي:

Ahdeb oil field is located in the central block of Mesopotamia plain in Iraq. This study was conducted for the period from 1/9/2016 to 30/3/2017 in Baquba city in Iraq. Eighty nine samples were collected from different infections from Baquba General Hospital and Al-Batool Hospital. Fifteen isolates (16.85%) were found to be Pseudomonas aeruginosa by using biochemical test. The bacterial diagnosis of all these isolates (100%) were confirmed by VITEK2, beside its possession of the 16s rDNA gene as determined by molecular detection.

The results of virulence factors that had Pseudomonas aeruginosa showed possession of all isolates many virulence factors and a high production of which increases the pathogenicity of it. All isolates were able to produce hemolysin (100%), protease (73.33%), and

Honey is one of the most products has been used as an antimicrobial agent since the ancient times. The potential antimicrobial activity of honey is arise from its physiochemical proprieties such as high osmotic pressure, low pH, in addition to other factors and enzymes that work as antimicrobial agents. All these components and characteristics of honey led to consider it as one of the most efficient, useful and natural antimicrobial agents. From this point of view, recent study aim to evaluate the antibacterial activity of bee honey on some common species of pathogenic bacteria. The rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria necessitates the exploration of novel antimicrobial agents.
