The present study was conducted to evaluate the effect of using barley cultivated in different times on performance and carcass parameters of broilers. A total of 300 day- old chicks of Ross 308 strain was used. Chicks were randomly allocated for four treatments groups with 75 chicks per treatment and 25 chicks for each replicate. An experiment was carried out on the Cactus (Aloe vera L.) , which two year old was planted in one of the fields of College of Agriculture - University of Baghdad during 2015-2016. The different organic fertilizers used in two (sewage, poultry manure and sheep manure) and the fertilizer used at two levels (5 and 7.5)% from the weight of the pot, and humic acid (Com Sol) at two levels (1.5 and 3) ml and chemical fertilizer NPK (2.5 gm) in addition to control treatment. Small scale silages were prepared from barley forage and four yeast levels were evaluated (0 (control), 5, 10 and 15 g/kg FM). Silos were opened at 6, 12 and 24 days. In this work, chemical spray pyrolysis deposition (CSP) technique was used to prepare a mixed In2O3-CdO thin films with different CdO content (10, 30 and 50)%volume ratio on glass substrates at 150 ᵒC substrate temperature. The surface morphology and structural properties were measured to find the optimum conditions to improve thin films properties for using as photo detector.
