The study included 82 clinical mastitic cows (328 quarters) in two dairy
cattle stations, 15 cows in the first station in Baghdad and 67 cows in the
second station in Babel, Clinical inspection was conducted on cows and it’s
udder, milk samples were collected under sterile condition and subjected for
physical, chemical & bacteriological examination with antibiotic sensitivity
test of the isolated pathogens.

Different thicknesseses of polycrystalline ZnTe films have been deposited on to glass substrates by vacuum evaporation technique under vacuum 2.1x10-5 mbar. The structural characteristics studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) showed that the films are polycrystalline and have a cubic (zinc blende ) structure. The calculated microstructure parameters revealed that the crystallite size increases with increasing film thicknesses. In this study, levels of Zinc and Copper (which are antioxidant) were measured in serum of smokers and nonsmokers. This study included 50 blood samples collected from children with mean age 8-12 years. Thirty five blood samples were collected from children with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus (T1D) with mean age 9.4±0.34 years, and 15 blood samples collected from healthy children as a control sample with mean age 10.9±0.38 years. Immunogenetic study was done on collected blood samples. Concentrations of IFN-γ were estimated from T1D patient and control samples by using Elisa instrument. The concentration of this interferon was 1.575 pg/ml in T1D patient sample in comparison with 0.921 pg/ml in control sample. Significant differences of this interferon concentration were found between T1D patient and control samples when Mann-Whitney U test was used

One of the most demanded studies is wind turbine site assessment. It is difficult to build a simulation program because of the many variables that affect the wind speed and direction. The procedure of this research depend on two approaches, the Wind Atlas Analysis model and the Inverse Distance Wait interpolation. These procedures give the estimated annual energy production for each turbine (V82) with 82m blades diameter at 70m hub heights. The output at this location for each turbine is about (4.3 GWh). The studied area is about 20x20km2 and could be plant at least 600 turbine and have about 2500 GWh of annual energy production.

To find the effect of interaction of the two elements , phosphorus and zinc, in some of the characters of two varieties of wheat (Triticum aestivum Var. Intisar) (Triticum aestivum Var. Ipa 95), An experiment was conducted in pots in the green house of the Department of Biological Science. / College of Education (Ibn-Al-Hiatham), for the season 2007/2008 using three levels of Phosphorus (0, 400, 800, mg / pot) and four levels of zinc (0, 10, 15, 20 mg / pot).  The experiment showed that the effect of the interaction of phosphorus and zinc was positive which increased the values of the features studied (length of plant, relative growth rate, nitrogen content, concentration of phosphorus and concentration of zinc) in the two varieties

Most tubes are made from butyl rubbers, but certain types, such as giant tubes, are based on natural rubber because very high green strength is required when handling the uncured compound. By using blends of natural rubber (NR) and brominated butyl rubber (BIIR), it is possible to maintain high green strength in the uncured compound and improve impermeability and heat resistance of the cured tube.  The best formulations are obtained in the presence of 50 phr of (BIIR) to achieve desired mechanical properties. Improved impermeability was obtained by using 50 and 75 phr of (BIIR) rubber in compounds. Blending of brominated butyl rubber (BIIR) with natural rubber (NR) enhances air retention with acceptable sacrifices in green strength.

 A particle swarm optimization algorithm and neural network like self-tuning PID controller for CSTR system is presented. The scheme of the discrete-time PID control structure is based on neural network and tuned the parameters of the PID controller by using a particle swarm optimization PSO technique as a simple and fast training algorithm. The proposed method has advantage that it is not necessary to use a combined structure of identification and decision because it used PSO. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive PID neural control algorithm in terms of minimum tracking error and smoothness control signal obtained for non-linear dynamical CSTR system.

The effects of Anchusa strigosa plant extract were studied in respect to
their of gram positive bacterial growth inhibition. were isolated from cases of
pharyngitis and tonsillitis . alcoholic and hot water extracts of the plants as well
as their dried powders were prepared . The preliminary chemical tests revealed
acidic pH of all extracts.
The dried powder , watery and alcoholic extracts of A. strigosa
contained resins ,tannins , phenols, flavonoids, glycosides and avery little
