This paper introduces enhanced filtered channels in the suggested design of the optical communication system formed for 5G mobile communication over optical fiber. The main goal is to overcome the limited bandwidth of radio wave systems and to enable high-data-rate transmission. The dense wavelength division multiplexing based on the radio-over-fiber (DWDM-RoF) system has succeeded in satisfying a high data rate of 0.64 Tbps by a multichannel filtered system through a 180 km distance within the C-Band through a multichannel filtered approach. In this paper, a description of a design for new DES block cipher, namely DES64X and DES128X. The goals of this design, a part of its security level, are large implementation flexibility on various operating systems as well as high performances. The high level structure is based on the principle of DES and Feistel schema, and proposes the design of an efficient key-schedule algorithm which will output pseudorandomsequences of subkeys. The main goal is to reach the highest possible flexibility, in terms of round numbers, key size, and block size. A comparison of the proposed systems on 32-bit, 64-bit operating system, using 32-bit and 64-bit Java Virtual Machine (JVM), showed that the latter has much better performance than the former.

An investigation was carried out to detect anti-Brucella antibodies of sheep in Al-Anbar province by using few serological tests; rose Bengal plate test (RBPT) and tube agglutination test (TAT). A total of 754 sheep blood samples (94 Ram and 660 Ewe) were collected randomly distributed in Al-Anbar province from unvaccinated sheep flocks with different ages. A total percentage of infected sheep depending on RBPT was 10.21% with significant differences at (P< 0.01), it was 9.69% in ewes, whereas in rams it elevated to reach 13.82%, in addition to the disease was higher seroprevalence at > 3 years (12.78%) in both gender with significant differences at (P<0.05) than lower ages. Forty-eight taxa of zooplankton were identified including 26 taxa to Copepoda, 17 taxa belonged to Rotifers and 5 taxa to Cladocera: Copepoda was the most dominant group (54.2%); Rotifera comprised (35.4%); Cladocera comprised (10.4%).
