هدفت الدراسة الى اعداد مقياس التمكين الإداري (Administrative Empowerment) في ملاعب كرة القدم الدولية في العراق والتعرف على مستوى التمكين فيها، واختار الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالأسلوب المسحي كونه ملائم لطبيعة البحث، تكون مجتمع البحث من العاملون بالملاعب الدولية  في العراق والبالغ عددها(8) ملاعب اذ بلغ المجتمع الكلي(264) عاملاً، اما عينة البحث فكانت (150) فرداً وبعد تطبيق المقياس على عينة البحث واستعمال الوسائل

This study was included the isolation of four strains from two species of lactic acid bacteria which as Lactococcus lactis subsp. diacetylactis; Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis; Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. mesenteroides and Leuconostoc mesenteroides subsp. cremoris, were isolated from locally fermented diary products. The isolated were identified by using morphological, cultural and biochemical tests. Spent hydrodesulfurization (Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3) catalyst generally contains valuable metals like molybdenum (Mo), cobalt (Co), aluminium (Al) on a supporting material, such as γ-Al2O3. In the present study, a two stages alkali/acid leaching process was conducted to study leaching of cobalt, molybdenum and aluminium from Co-Mo/γ-Al2O3 catalyst. The acid leaching of spent catalyst, previously treated by alkali solution to remove molybdenum, yielded a solution rich in cobalt and aluminium.
