A field experiment was carried out at Rice Researches Station in Mashkhab, Najaf in 2020 and 2021 seasons to study the effect of cultivars and harvest date on some traits of rice yield. Randomized complete block design was applied within split-plot with four replications. إن ممارسة الاختصاص الشامل يتطلب وجود نصوص تشريعية على صعيد القانون الوطني، وإذا كان المبدأ القانوني – بصورة عامة- محل إجماع دولي، فهذا الأمر لا يمنع من تنظيمه على وفق نصوص تشريعية داخلية تضمن للمحاكم الوطنية تطبيقه، فتجاوز الأطر الفلسفية والنظرية لأي مبدأ يكون من خلال الأخذ به وإدخاله ضمن النصوص التشريعية للقوانين الداخلية، والأمر ينطبق على مبدأ الاختصاص الشامل.

This research was included a method for preparing synthetic zeolite using araw clay mineral components found in nature (kaolin) and it was prepared by the hydrothermal method in the presence of sodium hydroxide. Natural zeolites were also used and saturated with zinc adopting the method of columns through ZnSO₄.7H₂O solution. In this paper, point estimation method for parameters α and λ of the parameters of the Exponential-Rayleigh distribution have been estimated by the use of a simulation technique by using two Bayesian estimation methods; the first Bayesian method of estimation consists of Lindely approximation estimation method and the second Bayesian estimation method consists Tierney and kadane approximation estimation method to estimate all the unknown parameters (α,λ) of Exponential-Rayleigh distribution.
