The results of this investigation showed that zebra mussels were recorded in the Tigris at Taji on sites 7, 8, 9 and 10, while it was not found in the Tigris at Kut on sites 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. This is the first time that this species was ever recorded in the Tigris. Silver sulfide and the thin films Ag2Se0.8Te0.2 and Ag2Se0.8S0.2 created by the thermal evaporation process on glass with a thickness of 350 nm were examined for their structural and optical properties. These films were made at a temperature of 300 K. According to the X-ray diffraction investigation, the films are polycrystalline and have an initial orthorhombic phase. Using X-ray diffraction research, the crystallization orientations of Ag2Se and Ag2Se0.8Te0.2 & Ag2Se0.8S0.2 (23.304, 49.91) were discovered (XRD). Fuzzy measures are considered important tools to solve many environmental problems. Water pollution is one of the environmental problems, which has negatively effect on the health of consumers. In this paper, a mathematical model is proposed to evaluate water quality in the distribution networks of Baghdad city. Fuzzy logic and fuzzy measures have been applied to evaluate water quality with respect to chemical and microbiological contaminants. Our results are evaluate water pollution of some chemical and microbiological contaminants, which are difficult to evaluation through traditional methods.

Two-dimensional computer simulations are carried out to quantify the quality of
apodized square aperture (ASA) in terms of the diffraction limited resolution and the
efficiency of detection of faint companions. The study involve the quality of the
point spread function (psf), and the modulation transfer function (MTF) of a
reference star. Annular apodized square aperture (AASA) is also considered in this
study. The results are then compared with the classical circular aperture.
ASA shows high contrast which increases the possibility of detection of faint
companions and AASA demonstrates significant high frequency components which
leads to high resolution.

New simple and sensitive spectrophotometric methods for the determination of paracetamol in aqueous medium were developed. The first method is based on coupling of paracetamol with p-amino-2-hydroxy sodium benzoate (AHB) in the presence of sodium periodate, as oxidizing agent, to form a brownish-orange compound which shows a λmax at 470 nm. The molar absorptivity (εmax) of the colored product was found to be (3371) l. mole1. cm-1 and Sandel’s index 0.0449 μg. cm-2. Field experiment was conducted to test the effect of saline water 2 and7 dSm-1 potassium fertilizer rate 150,300 and 450 kg/donum on nitrogen fixation in Pisum sativum L. nodules. The experiment included anatomy study .Results water salinity ( 2,7 dSm-1) as a main plot and fertilizer rates as a sub plot. Results indicated that irrigation with saline water 7 dSm-¹ caused a significant decrease in N contents especially in the lower parts of the plants.
