مقدمة: يعتبر فايروس التهاب الكبد –ب من أهم  العوامل المسببة لامراض الكبد الحادة والمزمنة حول العالم مسببا امراضية ووفيات عالية. ان التنوع الجيني العالي لفايروس التهاب الكبد-ب انعكس بوجود ثمانية انواع جينية (أ-د) مع خصوصية بالانتشار الجغرافي.

الهدف: أجريت الدراسة لمعرفة الانواع الجينية لفايروس التهاب الكبد –ب في الحاملين المزمنين للفايروس مع دراسة العلاما

The Rose Bengal test is one of the famous diagnostic test of Brucellosis
specially as a screening test in order to detect the infection in limited area.
Rose Bengal standard stain which producd by specific companies was used in
preparation of the test special antigen , The stain gives the known pink colour
for the antigen during the test that make the agglutination in positive cases more
visible due to the reaction between antigen and the specific antibodies of
Brucella which found in the serum sample of human and different animals.
Antigen for the Rose Bengal test in this study is prepared by using alternative
stain easily found in local supermarkets using for food colours and not
expensive like standard stain

Dynamic Thermal Management (DTM) emerged as a solution to address the reliability challenges with thermal hotspots and unbalanced temperatures. DTM efficiency is highly affected by the accuracy of the temperature information presented to the DTM manager. This work aims to investigate the effect of inaccuracy caused by the deep sub-micron (DSM) noise during the transmission of temperature information to the manager on DTM efficiency. A simulation framework has been developed and results show up to 38% DTM performance degradation and 18% unattended cycles in emergency temperature under DSM noise. The finding highlights the importance of further research in providing reliable on-chip data transmission in DTM application.

The present paper addresses cultivation of Chlorella vulgaris microalgae using airlift photobioreactor that sparged with 5% CO2/air. The experimental data were compared with that obtained from bioreactor aerated with air and unsparged bioreactor. The results showed that the concentration of biomass is 0.36 g l-1 in sparged bioreactor with CO2/air, while, the concentration of biomass reached to 0.069 g l-1 in the unsparged bioreactor. By- products of corn starch industry were used to prepare media for propagation the lactic acid bacteria as a natural auxotroph. The by- products used were the corn steep water (S) and gluten extract (G) after a proper treatment to get them ready for media preparation. The results showed that it was possible to replace the peptone and meat extract by gluten extract in MRS medium. The growth was approximately similar to that obtained in standard MRS media.
