This study was conducted to identify the genetic diversity of microsatellite markers CSSM66, ETH10 and ILSTS34 using 100 cows of several breeds distributed as follows: 30 local Iraqi cows (equally divided into Restaki, Janoubi and Sharabi) as well as  50 Holstein cows (German) and 20 Brahman bulls after amplification in PCR reaction, 16 alleles of ETH10, CSSM66 and ILSTS34 markers were detected in a sample of studied cattle and they were 7, 6 and 5 alleles, respectively.      The present study aimed to compare between the amniotic and pericardial membranes for the wound dressing models. Ten local breed rabbits have been used in the current study. They were divided into two main equal groups: Experiment (Amniotic and pericardial membranes) and control group.  According to healing periods each group was subdivided into four subgroups (7, 14, 21 and 28) days post wounding. hospitals, cure centers and randomly from the children of kindergarten and primary schools. General
stool examination and precipitation methods were performed on each specimen, the infection rate of
Hymenolpes nana 1.8% among children for both Gender(male and female) for different ages that had
been recorded the highest rate for (4- 6)year is 2.94% and the lowest rate for (9-12)year is 1.4%.
Seasonal variation were discussed, that August was recorded the highest rate 5.8%.

This paper presents a combination of enhancement techniques for fingerprint images affected by different type of noise. These techniques were applied to improve image quality and come up with an acceptable image contrast. The proposed method included five different enhancement techniques: Normalization, Histogram Equalization, Binarization, Skeletonization and Fusion. The performance of a solar assisted desiccant cooling system for a meeting-hall located in the College of Engineering/University of Baghdad was evaluated theoretically.     This study identified the genus Coelastrella Chodat, 1922 which was isolated from a sediment sample taken from the Tigris river in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The alga was isolated and cultured in modified Chu 10 media and the morphological features of the isolated algae were observed in light microscopy (LM); it showed some characteristic features of this genus, such as its ellipsoidal or lemon- shaped cells, a visible pyrenoid and the chloroplast parietal. To ensure correct identification of the isolated alga, a molecular analysis using 18S rRNA gene and DNA sequencing revealed a match with C. terrestris (Reisigl) Hedewald & N. Hanagata 2002.
