       The results of the present study show the biological effects of ethyl elcoholic and aquatic extracts as well as alkaloids compounds  of Atriplex helmius and Capparis spinosa  roots. The results demonstrated the superiority of the cold aqueous extract of C. capparis at the highest concentration of 20 mg / ml, as the killing rate was 81.16% for the second  larval instar of Cx. pipiens after 72 hours of exposure. While, the killing rate caused by the same treatment was 79.52% for the third larval instar. This paper concerns the study of ripples that occur on the windward of Barchan dunes from the dunes field of Najaf governorate, Iraq. Cervical infections are common problems among women, specially of reproductive age,  in Iraq ,and are one of numerous risk factors for cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer .

   The aim of this study was to investigate the causative agents of cervicitis and their association with cytopathological changes among 67 cases of women, aged from 16 to 60 years, who attended the  National Cancer Research Center / University of Baghdad, Iraq , during the period from April to December 2018  .

     The age group 36-40 had the highest percentage of cervical infections 13/16 (81.3%) while the age group 56-60 had the lowest percentage 2/6 (33.3%).

      The Mishrif Formation (Cenomanian – Early Turonian) is an important geologic formation in southern Iraq due to its petrophysical properties and geographic extensions, making it a good reservoir of hydrocarbons. Petrophysical properties of the Mishrif Formation in the current study at the Nasiriya oil field were determined from the interpretation of three open-hole logs data of (NS-1, NS-2, and NS-3) wells.

applications in the geodesy and many remote sensing applications, for this purpose,
the GPS/DGPS, and the Total Station were used to create and estimate the new
target coordinate. In this paper, the Total Station Leica 1200 with Garmin navigator
GPS were used to extract the 3-D coordinates of target from the measurement of TS
position. For six point for one station. The Garmine GPS navigator was use to find

Imaging Tomography is very powerful tool as a nondestructive imaging method,
it use forward and back projection technique to create an image for a slice of an
object. This technique had been simulated in this research on images as a
compression method. The result shows that imaging Tomography technique has high
compression ratio for large images and it has forward relationship with the image
dimensions. The Fourier Slice Theorem filter used to retrieve the images from its 2-
D projection, image quality was acceptable (5-7 dB) comparing with compression
ratio that achieved, using another filter it could give better result.

RPT is a method used for classifying various lithologies and fluids from data of well logging or seismic inversion. Three Formations (Nahr Umr, Shuaiba, and Zubair Formations) were selected in the East Baghdad Oil field within well EB-4 to test the possibility of using this method. First, the interpretations of the well log and Density – Neutron cross plot were used for lithology identification, which showed that Nahr Umr and Zubair formations consist mainly of sandstone and shale, while the Shuaiba Formation consists of carbonate (dolomite and limestone). This research contains three experimented scenarios to recognize the handwritten English (i.e. Arabic) numerals.
