Background Subtraction (BGS) is one of the main techniques used for moving object detection which further utilized in video analysis, especially in video surveillance systems. Practically, acquiring a robust background (reference) image is a real challenge due to the dynamic change in the scene. Hence, a key point to BGS is background modeling, in which a model is built and repeatedly used to reconstruct the background image.

... Show MoreA geochemical and environmental study was carried out for the sediments of the Southern Neo-Tethys Ocean, represented by the Yamama Formation (Berriasian-Valaganian) in southern Iraq. The formation has a particular reservoir importance. The typical WQ-220 and WQ-280 wells were selected from the West Qurna field. Data of Gamma-ray logs were used for 30 depths of the typical well. Ten core samples were analyzed by X-Ray Fluoresces and total organic matter from both wells. The results showed that shaliness was relatively low, with an average of 16.5%, leading to a decrease in the presence of clay minerals and trace elements because the environment of the Yamama Formation is relatively far away from the coast. In this paper, the effect of changes in bank deposits on the money supply in Iraq was studied by estimating the error correction model (ECM) for monthly time series data for the period (2010-2015) . The Philips Perron was used to test the stationarity and also we used Engle and Granger to test the cointegration . we used cubic spline and local polynomial estimator to estimate regression function .The result show that local polynomial was better than cubic spline with the first level of cointegration.
In this paper, fuzzy single and multiobjective linear programming models are presented. Both the objective function and the constraints are considered fuzzyly.The coefficient of the decision variable in the objective functions and the constraints, as well as the right-hand side of the constraints are assumed to be fuzzy numbers with triangular membership functions. The possibility programming approach is utilized to transform the fuzzy model into its crisp equivalent form, and then a suitable method will be used to solve the crisp problem.

In this study the as-deposited and heat treated at 423K of conductive blend graphene oxide (GO)/ poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)-poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) thin films was prepared with different PEDOT:PSS concentration (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75 and 1)w/w on pre-cleaned glass substrate by spin coater. The XRD analysis indicate the existence of the preffered peak (001) of GO around 2θ=8.24° which is domain in all GO/ PEDOT:PSS films characterized for GO, this result approve the good quality of the PEDOT:PSS dispersion in GO, this peak shifted to the lower 2θ with increasing PEDOT:PSS concentration and after annealing process. We introduce in this paper the concept of an approximately pure submodule as a generalization of a pure submodule, that is defined by Anderson and Fuller. If every submodule of an R-module is approximately pure, then is called F-approximately regular. Further, many results about this concept are given.
