Monocytes are considered a key mediator of inflammatory cytokine secretions during inflammation. This study evaluates CD 14 expression in gastritis tissue biopsies of H. pylori and none H. pylori gastritis. This cross-sectional study involved 60 gastritis patients that have been classified into H. pylori positive (n=30) and H. pylori negative (n=30). Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue blocks were sectioned and immune-peroxidase staining with anti-CD14, then compared between study groups and clinical parameters. Nanostructured Al2O3has been applied as a protective coating against corrosion of the carbon steel (C.S) in seawater environment (3.5% NaCl) at temperatures range (298-328)K. Objective: To assess role of obesity in Covid-19 patients on antibodies production, diabetes development, and treatment of this disease. Methodology: This observational study included 200 Covid-19 patients in privet centers from January 1, 2021 to January 1, 2022. All patients had fasting blood sugars and anti-Covid-19 antibodies. Anthropometric parameters were measured in all participants. Results: The patients were divided into two groups according to body weight; normal body weight (50) and excess body weight (150). The present study included the physico-chemical parameters of Lesser-Zab river and its effects on Tigris river. Monthly water samples were taken from the two rivers during January to October 1999.There were no signifcant difference in water temperatures. Both rivers were fresh to oligohalin, alkaline and very hard. Close values were determined in total suspended solids in both rivers with little increasing during rainfall period and high discharge. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of an elastic wall on the peristaltic flow of Williamson fluid between two concentric cylinders, where the inner tube is cylindrical with an inelastic wall and the outer wall is a regular elastic sine wave.  For this problem, cylindrical coordinates are used with a short wavelength relative to channel width for its length, as well as the governing equations of Williamson fluid in the Navier-Stokes equations. The study aimed to determine the effect of soybean meal on the histological
structure and some functional parameters of the thyroid gland was investigated in
this study. For this purpose, 24 white male rats were divided into four groups each
of six rats, as following (G1): normal control rats, at the prepubertal life stage, were
dissected after 40 days from the weaning (i.e., from Postnatal Day "PND" 21),
(G2): prepubertal rats, were treated with high dose of soybean meal "40% of daily
diet" for 40 days after the weaning, (G3): normal control rats, at the postpubertal
stage, were dissected after 40 days from the puberty (i.e., from PND 60), (G4):
postpubertal rats, were treated with high dose of soybean meal (40%)

A seismicity study of khanaqin city and surrounding area is carried out. More than 270
quakes between 22 Nov. to 30 Dec. 2013 are recorded by Iraqi Seismic Network (ISN).
Analyses of these events show earthquakes magnitude range between (1.2 – 5.6) degree,
focal depth between (4 – 27) km. Seismotectonic map for studied area is drawn .
Isointensity maps for the felt earthquakes are drawn and show the intensity range
between (I-VII) according to the modified Mercalli scale. Fault plane solutions for four
events in the study area indicate a reverse strike slip solution along planes with NW –SE
direction 

Three hundred and twelve (312) local fungal isolates were isolated from sixty four (64) different contaminated soil samples with oil wastes at different periods, using potato dextrose agar (PDA).the fungal isolates were tested for its ability to degrade naphthalene .Primary and secondary screening were done using solid (MSM) and liquid (MSM) with 100ppm naphthalene and pH 7 respectively. Results from Primary screening showed that 25 isolates gave good growth, 47 gave moderate growth, 66 gave weak growth and 174 were never growing. According to above results 25 fungal isolates were tested for its ability to degredade naphthalene using liquid mineral media (MSM) pH7,100ppm naphthalene and incubated at 30 0C 120rpm for 7 days. Reduction of
