توفيق وهبي ضابط كردي عراقي، مثقف وأديب وباحث في اللغة الكردية، كان احد مؤسسي الجيش العراقي في 6 كانون الثاني 1921م، توجه للعمل المدني إذ تبوأ مناصب قياديه في الدولة العراقية الحديثة، اذ عمل وزيراً للاقتصاد والتربية(المعارف) ثم الشؤون الاجتماعية.

كانت له العديد من المؤلفات،عد احد المراجع المهمة في فنون الأدب واللغة والعلوم والإخبار والسير وطبقات الرجال، إلا انه كان مقلا في نتاجه الفكري والأدبي رغم ما تميز

أوضح هذا البحث أنواع الكثافات السكانية وتوزيعها على مستوى الوحدات الإدارية، لمحافظة ديالى للعامين (1997-2019) ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصل اليها البحث التباين المكاني للكثافة السكانية (العامة، الريفية، الإنتاجية، الزراعية) في منطقة الدراسة، فان ارتفاع الكثافة السكانية الى يعود عدة أسباب منها صغر مساحة المنطقة مقارنة بعدد سكانها فضلاً عن عوامل الجذب التي امتازت بها، وان من أسباب انخفاض الكثافة السكانية لبعض الم

يسعى هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن ظاهرة التطوع التي تعني تبرع المرء من ذات نفسه من دون أمر أو إجبار لخدمة الإنسانية, وقد كشف البحث عن جوانب العمل التطوعي الدعوي والثقافي والعلمي والسياسي والإداري والاجتماعي والاقتصادي الذي انبرت به المرأة في مجتمع العصر العباسي الأول والثاني فظهرت أسماء كبيرة في ذلك أسهمت مع أخيها الرجل في وضع الأساس الفاعل لصالح الاستقرار والعمران وبناء الحضارة العربية الاسلامية وازدهارها.

لقد تناول بحثنا الموسوم بــ ((الضمانات الاجتماعية للعمال في العراق بين التراث والمعاصرة)) ﺟﻣﻠﺔ ﻣن اﻟوﻗﺎﺋﻊ واﻟﺣوادث اﻟﺗﺎرﯾﺧﯾﺔ ذات البعد الاجتماعي والاقتصادي اﻟﺗﻲ مرت على تراث الطبقة العاملة في العراق المعاصر خصوصاً بعد الهجرة الفلاحية من الريف الى المدينة مما ترتب عليه مشاكل اجتماعية واقتصادية لا حصر لها مع انعدام الضمانات الاجتماعية للعامل والفلاح على حدا سواء. حيث ﺷﻣل ﺑﺣﺛﻧﺎ ثلاثة منطلقات

تعد مدينة عبادان من بين المدن المهمة في الدولة العربية الإسلاميــة ، تقع على ساحل البحر حيث مصب نهري دجلة والفرات ، وهي ميناء مهم خلال العصر العباسي، شهدت العديد من الاحداث السياسية والمعارك الحربية. ويعد النشاط الاقتصادي من بين اهم الجوانب الحضارية لكل مدينة ، فهو يبين نشاط الانسان في هذا الجانب في مجال الزراعة ، والصناعة ، والتجارة.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى استخدام منهج تطبيقي تحليلي لمراقبة وكشف التغيرات وتحليل وانتاج خرائط استعمالات الارض والغطاء الارضي لبحيرة حمرين والارضي المحيطة بها  الواقعة الى الشمال من وسط العراق خلال الفترة من 1984 – 2016  باستخدام تقنيات الاستشعار عن بعد ونظم المعلومات الجغرافية كمساهمة تكفل الدقة العالية في التخطيط والادارة في مشاريع التنمية المختلفة .

To detect the autoimmune thyroid disease in patients with peptic ulcer caused by
H. pylori, we investigated (24) patients with suspected peptic ulcer aged (20 – 35)
years old and (10) healthy control. Anti H. pylori IgG were measured in serum of

Facial image segmentation is vital and complementary in facial compression systems. IT generally represents the first step before using any coding techniques, but mostly utilizes traditional segmentation techniques of grayscale image base due to their simplicity and popularity. This paper introduces a new facial segmented image of the color base that exploits the spectral and spatial image information using differencing coding, and compression techniques of Bit Plane Slicing (BPS) and Block Truncation Coding (BTC), respectively. The tested results show that this technique is fast as it achieved about 0.3619 second on average and efficiently segmented the facial image automatically to nearly quarter the original image size.

In this research the effect of laser energy by using argon gas on the some physical properties of semiconductor film of TiO2, was studied used Q-Switch Nd:YAG laser in different energies (600-1000) mJ with temperature 100 0C for glass substrate under vacuum nearly 10-3 - - , and by AFM test the roughness of films increased when the energy of laser increased too. The values of roughness between (6.77-13) nm, therefore the thicknesses increased to change from (34.88 - 165.48) nm, so the absorption of film increased because of the thickness of the film increased and we can get the optical energy gap between (3.6-3.9) eV.
