This study was aimed to investigate the impact of starch isolation methods from wheat (Buhooth 22) and rice (Anbar ) on the chemo physical , functional properties and final yield of starch .The starch isolated from wheat using three different methods (Dough ball (DB),Batter method( BM) , Alkaline method),and from rice using Alkaline extraction (NaOH 0.15%) .The obtained results showed that the yield of the isolated starch for wheat ranged from (42.6-63.0)% ,and the highest percentage achieved using alkaline isolation (NaOH 0.15%) was 61% and 63% for DBS , As for rice the highest yield was 72.30%,while the lowest yield for wheat  using alkaline solution (0.50% NaOH) was (42.6)% . This work describes the development of new spectrophotometric techniques for 3-aminophenol assessment. The first technique involves using benzidine in an alkaline solution to convert 3-aminophenol into a colored complex. The produced complex has a red color with an absorbance of 462 nm. Between the concentration range 5–14 μg mL−1, Beer's law is obeyed with a correlation coefficient (R2) of 0.99781, a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.0423 μg mL−1, and a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.1411 μg mL−1. An experimental study is conducted to investigate the effect of open cavity on the pattern of fully developed internal flow and convection heat transfer. Numerical solutions are presented for the transient natural convection heat transfer problem in horizontal isothermal cylindrical annuli, enclosed in heated inner and cooled outer cylinders. The shale volume of Mishrif Formation (carbonate formation from middle Cenomanian- early Turonian) was studied for the regional area of the middle and southern parts of Iraq.
