Abstract

The study aims to build a training program based on the Connectivism Theory to develop e-learning competencies for Islamic education teachers in the Governorate of Dhofar, as well as to identify its effectiveness. The study sample consisted of (30) Islamic education teachers to implement the training program, they were randomly selected. The study used the descriptive approach to determine the electronic competencies and build the training program, and the quasi-experimental approach to determine the effectiveness of the program. Background: Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) is the most polymorphic genetic system in man. The genes of this region seem to influence susceptibility to certain diseases.
Patients and methods: Polymerase chain reaction-Sequence Specific Primers PCR-SSP is the method used to asses HLA-typing of 100 blood samples of 60 AIH patients and 40 healthy normal controls.
Results: An increased frequency of HLA-DR3, DR4 and DR7 was observed for patients group versus control group with P-value (0.0001, 0.05, and 0.001) respectively, while DR*0211 (DR2) may be formed the basis for protection against the disease. The study includes (44) blood samples were vaccinated with MMR vaccine. The IgM antibodies of Rubbela Virus were measured by HI test, 22 samples were positive and 22 were negative. These samples were tested by Enzyme Linked Immuno Sorbant Assay ELISA test to determine the relationship between them. The results showed that ELISA test was more sensitivities than Haemagglutination inhibition HI test in determination of rubella specific antibodies, so it is better than HI test in measuring the immune-status of individuals vaccinated with rubella vaccine and there was a positive relationship between ELISA test and HI test and was detected (r= 0.585).

The research aims to relieve pain among women members of the research sample who suffer from low back pain, improve the muscle strength of the muscles working on both sides of the spine, and improve the range of motion of the spine. The researcher used the experimental method for one experimental group using the method of pre- and post-measurements as an experimental design due to its suitability to the nature and purpose of the research. Then The research sample was chosen intentionally from women with lower back pain, numbering (14) whose ages ranged between (30-40) years.
