The electrical performance of bottom-gate/top source-drain contact for p-channel organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as an active semiconductor layer with two different gate dielectric materials, Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and Hafnium oxide (HfO2), is investigated in this work. The output and transfer characteristics were studied for HfO2, PVP and HfO2/PVP as organic gate insulator layer. The study was aimed to investigate the morbidity of enteritis in goate from 2007 to 2011 by using 149 records contained veterinarian and breeding records from birth to yearling age to study factors refer to animals and that in relationship with enteritis morbidity included: breed, year, birth type, sex, birth weight, weaning weight, mother weight, season and age. General mean for enteritis incident rate was 0.94% and this not affected by birth type, sex, weaning weight, maternal weight, while significantly (p<0.05) affected by breed and birth weight and highly significant affect by year, season and age. This study included collection of 100 specimens from patients in AL-Kindy Teaching Hospital and teaching laboratories of Medical City Hospitals in Baghdad during the period from August to December 2012 ,these specimens differed in their sources which included 19 nasal swab, 16 wound swab,27 burn swab, 7 pus, 15 sputum, 10 corneal swab and 6 urine . Only 38 (38%) isolates was identified as Staphylococcus. Capillary pressure is a significant parameter in characterizing and modeling petroleum reservoirs. However, costly laboratory measurements may not be sufficiently available in some cases. The problem amplifies for carbonate reservoirs because relatively enormous capillary pressure curves are required for reservoir study due to heterogeneity.
