In this work, the conditions of the occurrence of the local bifurcation (such as saddle-node, trans critical ,and pitchfork) of all steady points of a food chain model. With fear and Growly-Martin functional response have been established. It is observed that there is a trans critical and  pitchfork bifurcations near each of  , where as a saddle-node bifurcation near the positive equilibrium point have been occurred. Finally, numerical simulation was used to illustrate the occurrence of the bifurcation of the proposed model.

This paper deals with the continuous classical optimal control problem for triple partial differential equations of parabolic type with initial and boundary conditions; the Galerkin method is used to prove the existence and uniqueness theorem of the state vector solution for given continuous classical control vector. The proof of the existence theorem of a continuous classical optimal control vector associated with the triple linear partial differential equations of parabolic type is given. The derivation of the Fréchet derivative for the cost function is obtained. At the end, the theorem of the necessary conditions for optimality of this problem is stated and is proved.

In this paper, two of the local search algorithms are used (genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization), in scheduling number of products (n jobs) on a single machine to minimize a multi-objective function which is denoted as  (total completion time, total tardiness, total earliness and the total late work). A branch and bound (BAB) method is used for comparing the results for (n) jobs starting from (5-18). The results show that the two algorithms have found the optimal and near optimal solutions in an appropriate times.

An unsaturated polyester's (UPE) mechanical and thermal properties were modified by incorporating nanosized titanium dioxide (TiO₂) particles with 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5% weight ratios. 3% of TiO₂ is the best weight percentage that can be added to UPE to improve its impact strength from 8.74 MPa to 8.87 MPa, its hardness value from 82.23% to 86.63%, its tensile strength from 7.698 MPa to 24.76 MPa, and its thermal conductivity from 0.308499 W/m.^oC to 0.566916 W/m^oC. This work describes, selenium (Se) films were deposited on clean glass substrates by dc planar magnetron sputtering technique.The dependence of sputtering deposition rate of Se film deposited on pressure and DC power has been studied. The optimum argon pressure has range (4x10-1 -8x10-2 )mbar. The optical properties such as absorption coefficient (α) was determined using the absorbance and transmission measurement from UnicoUV-2102 PC spectrophotometer, at normal incidence of light in the wavelength range of 200-850 nm.
